Hello, thanks for making us aware that you have not received your game, which was due yesterday.
I have checked the DPD tracking information and can see that it is on the van for delivery today between 12:41-13:41.
I am still awaiting an explanation from DPD as to why it wasn’t delivered yesterday as it should have been, but in the mean time I have refunded the extra you paid for next day delivery to your card and the parcel will be with you in the next couple of hours.
I can only apologise for the delay, I will let you know what the problem was when we hear back from DPD.
