The service received was excellent from start to finish. We were able to browse a large variety of products in store and review material swatches. Keno in store kept us informed from the beginning of our transaction through to delivery. The product is even better than when viewed in store.

Visited the Dickens Heath store, Amanda was extremely attentive and helpful. The choice of sofa beds were very good and we had the opportunity to try them out.
Delivery was earlier than expected and the delivery/assembly team were excellent.

Excellent experience at the Birmingham store
We visited the Birmingham store to look out and try out a Bromley sofa bed. Sonia was brilliant and showed us how the sofa bed worked and then spent time with us while we deliberated about colour and fabric choices. She explained the order process clearly and allowed us to make our decision at leisure with no pressure. The sofas are of extremely good quality and the Bromley mattress was really comfortable. We have ordered the 3.5 seater sofa and are excited to have it delivered to our flat once we’ve finished renovations! Excellent company and excellent customer service!

Lovely customer service from Amelia! My completion date was delayed and I had to delay the production of the couch as well. She was very reactive and paused the production immediately allowing for my couch to arrive exactly one day after I got the keys which was perfect timing. Thanks again!

They were very on the ball we had to order our own designers guild fabric get it fire certified and have it shipped to their manufacturers so lots of failure points but it all went seamlessley

From my experience in buying a sofa I would 100% recommend Darlings of Chelsea for the following reasons: great quality products; great value when bought in the sale; great customer support from knowledgeable staff and really good but not overbearing communication with the customer. In my case I dealt with staff at the Pardons Green branch.
