From my initial on-line order, to calling them when realising I ordered the wrong colour. They quickly solved the matter without any fuss.
My made-to-order sofa was delivered within the time frame as promised. And I'm thrilled with it.
The guys from the delivery company were polite, professional and removed all the packaging.
I would definitely recommend Darlings to my friends and relatives without hesitation.

Damaged sofas delivered and unacceptable attitude from customer service.
Issues with order details. Sofas arrived with numerous scratches and chunk out of leg of small sofa. Spent 6k to be informed yesturday that damage by transport is expected!!! I witnessed the delivery team unpack both sofas there were no rips or damage to any of the plastic covers. What a monumental disappointment filled with regret.

Great quality product and service
Great quality product and service. The delivery team took away our old bed frame and installed our new one quickly and efficiently. My only wish is that our new furniture could have been ready sooner as it was a 10-week wait time. However, this was made very clear during the ordering process so it wasn’t an issue at all and it was absolutely worth the wait!

Delivery was a breeze, very efficient 2 man team explained/demo’d sofa bed mechanism etc.
The sofa is very plump & comfortable.
Looks fab, the ‘standard’ cover material is lovely soft velvet.
Couldn’t be happier TBH.

What a fantastic service! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates every step of the way. The product is of outstanding quality, and I couldn't be happier with it.

We bought a superking bed. The quality is superb. The delivery team put together the bed at our house upon delivery and were very professional. Overall we are very happy with the purchase. Customer services were very goo throughout and kept us updated. We would highly recommend.

Great communication, wonderful delivery team and great sofa bed. Just a warning for those smaller than our tall family! It’s very high. It works well for us but others might find that more challenging!
