Not comfortable as a sofa or bed
We've had this sofabed for 2 years now, it's been used less than 20 times but now dips in the middle and is very uncomfortable which is a huge shame for the amount of money we spent on it. We use it more as a sofa and sadly it isn't very comfortable in that format either, the cushions haven't got softer over time as promised and even though we reshape them after each use, they are easily misshapen too. We wish we'd gotten a cheaper alternative.
Update: I reached out as suggested with no response.

Mixed views
Pros - Great choice of materials, colours, and fillings etc and sofa looks great. Pre-sales queries delays with well. Delivery company team were great - tidy, on time and polite.
Cons - Very expensive despite being in sale and sofa really not that comfortable to sit on. Was given a week for delivery window and had to chase and it didn’t arrive that week which was annoying as had moved my diary and room around to accommodate. Spoke to one of the advisors who was rather rude and just told me it was in the warehouse and I’d be contacted.

Great sofas, good customer service.
The sofa is flawless and we're very happy with it. There was, however, an almost 2 month delay in the delivery because of a fabric shortage and we had to chase customer service several times to get updates. The company did offer a similar sofa on loan while we waited for ours to be ready, which made the wait manageable. Given the quality of the products and how customer service provided alternative solutions to the problem, we would still buy again from them.

Quality you can see and feel.…
Was really pleased with the helpfulness of zohreh Dalton at Ash Vale store in choosing the best sofa bed for our needs. From initial ordering to progress reports to delivery day were outstanding. Wasn't sure exactly what colour would look like from the sample, but extremely pleased with the quality of finish and colour choice. Matches really well with other furniture in my home. Quality is far superior to my existing sofa and contemplating replacing it with matching sofa. (Not sofa bed). I'm a very happy customer.

Uncomfortable
Uncomfortable, won’t recommend.
Service etc is as expected, sofa arrives after ordering (nothing special).
Sadly sofa quality is bad (vs Ikea which is far better) and ergonomics are all off, you sit so upright. We’ve owned it for 12 months plus and nothing gets softer it just gets worse.

Had email confirming delivery date to…
Had email confirming delivery date to delivery company. When I proactively double checked this was told pushed back by 2 weeks. Now have the prospect of spending a week sitting on dining chairs !! 8 to 10 week delivery now in excess os 13 weeks and maybe even longer.
Nothing even offered to us Would at the very very minimum have expected free delivery and insurance.
Avoid. Best going to a good auction and getting something with a good designer name
