The products they are selling are a very poor standard indeed. Do not buy anything! Once you have received it they try to tell you it will cost £50 to return it! It’s a scam as far as I’m concerned!

I was very impressed with the upkeep as it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were taken seriously and that made a big difference

I ordered 3 items and when they arrived 3 weeks later (even though it said delivery within 3-5 days), they were nothing like the pictures and the explanation of the products I had ordered. They are an extremely cheap material more akin to golf wear rather than the classy polo shirts I had ordered.
When I made contact with them they said I could return them at my own expense of around £50. They offered me 30% off my next order, then 50% off and finally 70% off. Each time I explained that I would never order from them again.
They refuse to pay the return charges even though the items are not as stated.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE IN CHINA AND THEY ARE CROOKS

Terrible! 3 week wait for deliver . Goods are worse than fakes . Avoid at all costs! Returns are £50 more than the jumper itself. Want reporting to trading standards!!!!

Bunch of scammers!! No order confirmation or tracking details given. Only give false promises via email.
All their responses for negative feedback are the same.
The phone number given is unobtainable.
Although they call themselves Dave and Carter to lure people into a sense that they are dealing with a British/American company, they operate out of China.
The delivery times they state are totally fictitious.
This was ordered end of October, still no delivery, thankfully I paid on credit card so I will be claiming money back.

Misrepresentation on a massive scale. This company portrays itself as a couple of lovely chummy blokes looking to change the world of fashion. The reality couldn't be further from the truth.

I ordered two half-zip merino tops and got sent some dreadfully tailored cotton and polyester dish cloths.

Chasing a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

I recently ordered a jacket for my son's birthday it took almost 3 weeks to arrive red flag 🚩 When it did arrive I wanted to cry £77.00 down the drain.

Please warn your family and friends they are Chinese con merchants.

I wish I’d read the reviews here before placing my order! My jacket eventually arrived, almost 2 weeks later than I wanted it for, and is absolute RUBBISH! Looks nothing like the picture, not the same colour as in the picture, not filling/padding in the jacket and sizing warble! No labels, and size label inside, had been cut out!
Whilst waiting for the jacket, I had a number of emails to and fro with them, all just fibbing me off, not once would they discuss any cancellation or refund.
Once the jacket arrived, I emailed them my thoughts, also asking again for a refund, and they told me their return policy was to return to China, at a cost of about £50, for a £45 jacket. They also offered me 20% off further purchases. Why would I buy more from them?
I’m sure I’ll get the same reply to my email as others have, to email them, and they will sort things out, but I bet they won’t!!
I have solicitors in the family, so will be speaking to them for advice. If I get anything useful to help others, I’ll add it to another review, this company needs shutting down! I’ll also be chasing trading standards with this, and passing on the company details.
Please don’t let yourself be caught by the same scam!

I received a coat from this company it was not the one I ordered I wanted a winter one with a hood and got a jacket which is no good for nothing I paid over 70.00 for this rubbish it is not even the right size very angery over this .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE ITIS A TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THEM. I ordered and received a boss Huddie, this is definitely not a boss the material is very cheap. The company is not a UK company it is based in Hong Kong . Beware I would never buy anything from them again and should have read the reviews prior to parting with my money

I really appreciated the thought that clearly went into the setup— from the layout to the small touches— which made the while experience feel far more personal and enjoyable.

I ordered mens blazer jacket, I wasn't aware that item is not in UK, ok, I ordered- after 2 weeks item arrived not same as on picture, poor quality, and it wasn't cheap brazer. I ask for refund, they told me that return cost will be around $50 dolars! and I pay for this jacket around $50, JOKE, I will send it back anyway

Shocking quality with labels cut out.
Thin material poor stitching not correct sizing.
Took a long time arriving which just added to the extreme disappointment

No label attached and no packing slip. Extra large swim trunks received as opposed to swim trunks in large. Fabric quality as awful. False advertising on the website. Shipped from China. Takes 2 weeks.
They are an untrustworthy merchant who portray themselves as a reputable uk company
They’re rip off merchants. Asked for a refund and they said I’d need to send back to china at approx £50 cost. Or I can have 20% off my next order. No thnks. I will report as I paid with Mastercard and hopefully bank will deal with it as fraud.

PLEASE PLEASE don't buy anything from this company. I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to to write a review I stupidly didn't check reviews. Ordered a coat for my son in law's birthday didn't check the long list of terrible reviews. Took weeks to actually arrive and when it finally did, quality terrible, one of the sleeves didn't actually have any stuffing in it. Told it would cost £50 to send back and after reading reviews customers didn't even get their money back!!!!

I was also scammed. My own fault for not being more careful... I only checked their reviews after waiting over three weeks and still no delivery. I now realise what I will receive is some rubbish quality copy of the garment I thought I was buying. Oh well, live and learn, eh?!

The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and i could easily see myself return again—the overall standard was noticeably higher than what I usually experience elsewhere.

Load of rubbish, clothes are awful. 50 pound to send a return and the stuff cost 80, not even sending it back cause of reviews I have read. People paid the 50 and didn’t get a refund

It felt welcoming and laid-black, which I appreciated, but there was not much else that stood out
