I just wrapped up the David Grey Lower Limb Masterclass in Saarbrücken, and it’s easily one of the most high-yield courses I’ve ever attended.
What sets David and his team apart isn't just the high-level biomechanics—it’s the humility and the clinical "why" behind every move. They strip away the fluff to focus on rock-solid foundations and practical coaching cues that I was able to plug into my sessions the very next day.

Fantastic Workshop
I was at a Workshop of David and his team, and it was phenomenal. I really learned so much about rehab and return to sport. The practical approach was amazing, a lot of it could directly be implemented with some of my athletes. Furthermore, to learn how to cue the exercises also helped me a lot in my job.

I recently attended a David Grey Rehab masterclass in Germany, and it was honestly one of the best courses I’ve been to. I especially appreciated the strong practical focus, as well as the useful and relevant coaching cues that I could immediately apply in my everyday work.
Beyond the quality of the content, what really stood out was David Grey and his team’s humility and friendliness. Their approach made the whole experience not only highly educational but also very enjoyable. I would strongly recommend their courses to any practitioner wanting practical tools they can use right away

Came looking for help with on going groin problems that had me in a lot of pain after games and training. Mark had the pain improved within the first week. Couldn’t believe the progress after putting up with the pain for ages. Better than it’s ever been now. Couldn’t recommend the team enough. Absolute sound bunch, their knowledge and track record for results speaks for itself. Mark was top class- a real gent.

Joined a workshop in Germany and was amazed how the whole team breaks down complex problems to simple pathways that can be followed to make people being able to do again what they desire to do. Not mattering if its helping someone to return back to being painfree in their daily life or as an athlete.

I cannot recommend David Grey Rehab highly enough.
I have been working with Frank McCartan for the past 6 weeks and I must say I have been blown away by the results so far.
I came to Frank after suffering from years of back, neck and hip pain which was preventing me from doing the sports I enjoy. In particular I wanted to be Pain free when doing rotational exercises.
From the first session Frank was able to immediately identify the hip issues I was facing and design an exercise program that began alleviating the pain and increasing my range of motion within days!
I have also significantly improved my balance and core strength during this time.
I am by no means a gifted athlete, nor do I understand body mechanics but I had no trouble following Franks clear and concise directions for the exercises.
What I value most from Frank is his warm yet professional demeanor, his enthusiasm for our sessions and his vast knowledge, which is rare to find. He is an excellent communicator and coach.
I had previously spent thousands of dollars over the years on PRI trainers and physios, for little or no progress. So I was initially reluctant to make the investment with Frank, however I must say I have improved 100 times more in 6 weeks than In the 6 years before hand.

Complete online rehab after ACL and meniscus surgery, including a week of in-person testing.
Joining the 1-on-1 coaching program with Mimi and doing my knee rehab online (in addition to in-person physiotherapy at home) was the best decision I could have made. The plan really pushed me, but at the same time provided very clear guidelines and goals. I could contact Mimi at any time to ask questions. We also had regular check-ins to discuss my progress and clarify how to move forward. With Mimi’s help, I learned to trust my knee again, and I’m now back playing basketball at the national level.

Achilles / Lat / Pec Rehab
I want to give a BIG shoutout to Frank! I had the pleasure of working with him and he was an absolute stud. A little background on me, I’m a 36 year old former division 1 athlete, who still prioritizes my health, and continues to push myeself in the gym, on the field, and on the mats. I’d been dealing with chronic Achilles tendinopathy for the past 6 years. I would feel it every time I jogged, sprinted, jumped, and even walked. Because of this, I stopped jogging and sprinting because of the flareups. I saw a local PT about it for over a year before Frank, and unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it. My wife was familiar with David from Instagram, and that’s how I got in touch and met with Frank. We got to work immediately and he was able to fix my chronic tendinopathy in a matter of months, and now I’m sprinting and jumping again like I did 6 years ago. Additionally, Frank even helped me with some shoulder/lat/pec issues I’ve been working through from the gym as well. I feel like an athlete again and I owe it all to him. Highly recommend, Frank!
Worked through the end stage of my ACL…
Worked through the end stage of my ACL rehab with Mark after about 2 years of trying the normal route myself and regular physio therapists.
Couldn’t recommend him enough. He actually understands how to get you back to full performance(been through an acl himself), not just “pain-free.” The difference in approach, attention to detail, and progression was all I could ask for .
I finally feel confident, strong, and back to where I should be. If you’re serious about recovering properly and getting back to sport, Mark and the team are exactly who youre looking for .

Been working with Chris for about three months so far. After suffering with back pain on and off for years (and more on that off when I started working with Chris) I feel like I finally have a long term strategy to manage it. Within just a couple of weeks my daily back pain was gone and I was back to being able to train BJJ and Judo consistently again. With Chris also being a grappler and having suffered from back pain, I feel like he "gets" it. Rather than just being given a set of exercises and left to go away with them, the process in involved we figure out together what's working and what's not and what the plan for rehab looks like.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing to get back to being able to train consistently.
I’ve been using the hip rehab program…
I’ve been using the hip rehab program to train myself after hip surgery these past 12 weeks. I can jump and move again with trust that my hip is strong and stable enough to get back to my old self. This is an A+ program and I highly recommend it to any coach or athlete looking to help rehab yourself or give you a new outlook on training.

Dont think, just do it. I became pain free the first day after 2 years of pain.
Foot, Ankle & Achilles Program
I could not recommend the Foot, Ankle & Achilles Program more. I struggled with varying degrees of shin splints (MTSS) in both legs for 5 months, brought on by running too much, too often.
After months of in-person physio, massages, and dry needling, with little to no progress, I decided to give David's program a go.
I just finished my 11th week of the program, and can report I am back running decent weekly mileage pain-free - hallelujah!!
My biggest take from the program is how much my feet have changed - they look and behave completely differently from when I first started.
I will be using many of the exercises forevermore.

From Recurring Injury to Stronger Than Ever
I started working with Mark in October 2025 after back to back hamstring tears and a shoulder subluxation earlier that year.
From the start his attention to detail was excellent. What stood out most was his holistic approach he didn’t just treat the hamstring he looked at how I move as a whole. We went back to basics- learning to hinge properly, adapting how I turn and load and addressing underlying movement patterns rather than just symptoms.
He put a structured, progressive training plan in place that rebuilt strength and confidence step by step. Since working with him I have developed significantly more power, I am moving more efficiently and I feel much more reactive through my feet which has taken pressure off my hamstrings during sprinting and change of direction.
I would highly recommend Mark to anyone serious about rehab or performance. His approach is thorough, intelligent and performance focused.
Hamstring and ankle injury
I started working with Mark in November after dealing with prolonged hamstring tendinopathy and a collapsed arch. I had the tendon issue for five years and even tried two PRP injections in 2025, but I still couldn’t hinge without aggravating it.
Over the last four months, Mark guided me through a structured rehab process and has been incredibly easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions through the app and made the whole process straightforward.
I’m now back on the field running and performing hinge movements completely pain-free for the first time in five years. My ankle no longer collapses in and it feels strong and stable for the first time in years.
I couldn’t recommend Mark and the DGR experience enough.

The lessons I’ve learned from DGR workshops and DGRi have completely changed the way that I view human movement. I’ve been able to help myself and countless others understand and overcome pain. It’s the best investment I’ve ever made, both for my body and my business.
Brilliant Pt from Frank
I worked with Frank for two reasons, first I had a complete acl rupture 3 years back and rehabilitated it instead of surgery, and since the injury i had lingering achilles and hip issues when running. I wanted to fix these issues ideally and have some mental assurance my pt work was maintaining my knee. Frank was awesome, made phenomenal programming, consistently was super encouraging and positive about progress. Most importantly, I hit my goal and can run and sprint with no pain anymore! Cannot recommend highly enough, David Grey Rehab and Frank specifically is a gentlemen and an absolute professional!
Achilles Injury - Mark was top class!
Went to DGR for a chronic achilles issue I had been having over about 3-4years which had reached the point of having to stop playing sports entirely last summer.
Worked with Mark for about 6 months and could not recommend him enough. The programme he put me on was so thorough and specific, addressing all the areas of weakness I had that were contributing to the issue. The support and monthly 1:1 sessions throughout were brilliant and felt like no stone was left unturned.
I'm now back on the pitch feeling 100% and able to fully take the load of pre-season which felt a million miles away when I first started with Mark. Thought I had tried pretty much everything over the few years but this was definitely the first time I've felt like the issue is properly behind me.
