Rapid and knowledgeable response

We had a technical issue with a server that affected our main revenue stream and the technician, James, was very quick to help us through the issue. His technical knowledge on the issue was very good and also helped me to understand the underlying problem, with James' guidance the issue was resolved very promptly,

Haven't listened to issue and have taken 2 weeks to even start it

Opened the ticket on 4th Sept 2014. I didn't get any contact regarding it until 19th Sept 2014, over 2 weeks later. When they did email me, they hadn't even read the problem as was described in the notes. I still have another 2 tickets that have been open for a month with absolutely no contact or movement. I chase them and get told someone will look into it as call me ASAP...still nothing

Efficient and effective

I called Daviker as I was interested in speech analytics but didn't full understand the software's potential. The guy I spoke to Greg was very helpful and talked me through everything. Went ahead with the SA and never looked back!

No reply to questions about the outcome

I received an outcome on this ticket which I disagreed with, I replied to the email straight away and have not heard anything back in a week!

No this has not been resolved. I have questioned the outcome.

This has now been resolved thanks to a phone call from Daviker.

Happy!

We had quite a tricky problem to diagnose whereby TouchStar agents were being put into a 'not ready' state at apparently random intervals and were then unable to receive calls.

James investigated the issue thoroughly and worked with me to trace it back to a problem with the SIP provider.

The problem has now been resolved and the system is working again.
