Booked to have new EPC for property as ours had expired. Dave answered my email very quickly and had me booked in straight away with a convenient time/day. Dave arrived on schedule and was very well organised. Clearly experienced with providing EPCs. Done within 30 minutes and certificate sent by end of the day. Reasonable prices and reliable service. Highly recommended.

Dave arrived promptly, introduced himself, explaining general process of the epc assessment, started checking outside, looked at areas inside, then explained the process more in depth, after asking if I'd been involved in this type of assessment before, which I hadn't.

He was very courteous and explained things well and I received the assessment report and score that afternoon.

My EPC rating had expired and I needed an EPC rating in order to sell my property. I found Dave Wignall on line, as the Conwy EPC man. I sent an email for an appointment and my request was dealt with promptly, and a date and time agreed for the EPC visit. A brief outline of what to expect and any paperwork required were attached to the confirmation email.
David arrived promptly and explained what the visit involved and how long it would take; he started outside, took photos etc and continued his information gathering internally
Once completed, David left to collate the information and advised me that the EPC rating would be emailed that day. And true to his word I received a copy of the EPC rating.
