This is a fraudulent organization involved in mass financial fraud. Just like so many people here who did not get their prepaid orders delivered nor refunded, I have been calling and emailing them about the refund of my order from Nov 2023, even up to today in April 2024 (5 months later) but all in vain.
I even wrote to the CEO of the firm, Furqan Kidwai, but it seems like he too is a part of this financial terrorism and is a direct beneficiary of this fraud.
Legal action needs to be taken against this corrupt organization.

They are Scammers now. I placed order with online payment of Rs. 2600/-. Now I am calling and emailing to them but no response. It has been past 12 days, placed order in 21-03-2024.

Pathetic service aik tw ghatiya website hai uper se customer support bh ghatiya I place paid order now it's being 10-13 days and no update of my order no response on call i will complain on Fia and will shut down this fraud website.. SCAMMERS

I think this issue should be reported properly to
"dir.ecw at fia.gov.pk"
So that people know about dawai.pk and not victimized in the future.
I myself have emailed this issue to FIA, Economical crime wing on the above address. Hoping for the best.

Dawaai.pk is a scam.
I placed an order on their website almost 10 days ago and I paid online with my debit card. Even after 10 days I haven't been updated on the status of my order. Ive left them several emails but to no avail. Ive tried contacting their customer care centre but nobody's answering the call.

I placed my order on the 8th of February and made the payment at the same time. It has been more than 8 days, and I have yet to receive any response. I've tried contacting customer service via email, but to no avail. I also tried calling the phone number provided, but no agent was available.

Extremely unreliable cancelled the order after week time with our any reason. Pathetic.

I ordered on line and paid with my credit card , the order was confirmed for my medicines, but still after a lapse of 34 days medicines not received, upon calling 10 Days ago was told some medicines out of stock and will be delivered within 2 days, but never received .

THIS COMPANY / STORE IS FRAUDULENT AND IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS. I AM THINKING OF LEGALLY SUEING THEM FOR FRAUD. MADE PURCHASE ON 12 DECEMBER, 2023 & NOT EVEN GETTING IN TOUCH THROUGH THEIR UAN NUMBER. PLEASE NEVER TRUST THEM.

Its a big scam even passage of 40 days I have not get back my refund. No response on phone no one is attending call.

They are not refunding my money even though their refund policy states 15 days cash back in the account. Additionally, they are not responding to my emails or phone calls.

I made a purchase on Nov 11, 2023 and made payment of 5,202 through HBL credit card, and since then, it appears that the company has disappeared completely. They are not replying on emails and their helpline is unanswered. My emails have received no replies, and their contact form is also non-functional. There is no customer service available, and they are not responding to any inquiries.

The company is not delivering and fraud. Still their website is active and taking payment. That is strange

Same story as others. Placed an order, paid for it and they "didn't have it in stock". It's been 4 months and no response. They scammed people and took their site offline.

It's a Scam, beware.
Dawaai.pk is an absolute scam! I placed an order on their website, paid for it, and never received my order. Their so-called "support helpline" never answered my calls, and my multiple emails went unanswered. I was furious with the situation and had to dispute the payment with my bank to get my money back. It's clear that Dawaai.pk is a fraudulent company that scams innocent people.

Please don't buy anything from them They are scammers. Also report them to FIA and Also in Citizen portal . They doing Fraud and scamming people.they are not giving you any money and not sending you product. I ordered on 7 September and still no reply and no shipping.
Avoid these scammers and lodge complain in cityzen portal.

I placed my order on 22nd July 2023, and I have waited 10 days. after my follow-up they informed me that they do not have the product in their stock, once it is available we will deliver. Are you making the people fool.??? If you do not have the product in your store you should not advertise it as available on your website.
On 5th August I informed them to cancel my order and refund my amount. they quickly accepted the cancellation but today is 5th October 2023. till now they have not refunded my payment. they are fooling people by cheating on their payments and orders.
I strongly suggest, please refrain from using Dawaai Services.
Their customer service is so poor. Till today there is zero response from their side.
