This company is a scam. I ordered medicines through HBL credit card worth of 50,000. It has been two months they have not delivered the order. They are not receiving the calls and not replying on emails. I believe my 50,000 got robbed. HBL should also take action as they are on panel of the Dawaai. FRAUD.

I was ordering for the last 2 years, was satisfying except my last order 2 months before, paid from credit card, they havent deliver medicines and still not refunded. I think they are now a fraud company.

This website is a scam, I ordered medicine 1 month ago and paid im full by credit card, still i did not receive the product, no reply on phone neither by emails.

I have ordered the medicine for Rs. 2500, which I paid in advance through my credit card. After 15 days, they did not deliver the medicine and even did not attend to my calls or reply to my emails. They are a scam; do not buy anything from them.

I made a purchase on September 19, 2023 and made payment of 8000 through debit card, and since then, it appears that the company has disappeared completely. They are not replying on emails and their helpline is continuously unanswered.There is no customer service available, and they are not responding to any inquiries. Totally scam, HBL should take an action on that as it comes under HBL panel

They confirmed my order in August. I prepaid through Credit Card and then was told that item is out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said it will be credited in 15 days. It's been a month. No answer on email, Infinite hold on phone number. Fake - People BEWARE!

After placing order and payment online there is not any response from company at all. They are not receiving calls and seems they have disappeared and we lost our money.

Pathetic customer service. I made advance payment against my order. Neither they are sending consignment nor attending my call. Please avoid placing order to them

I placed an order on 13th August 2023.
And since then, the company seems to have vanished in thin air.
Just for the first time, call got connected with representor, but since then nobody picks it up after connecting.
no replies to email. their contact form doesn't work either.
Paid full amount in advance through debit card.
now don't know how to contact them and get my money back.
No customer service, no response.

scam and not picking calls after placement of orders

placed an order on 11th August 2023.
since then, the company seems to have vanished in thin air. no contact possible through UAN, as nobody picks it up after connecting.
no replies to email. their contact form doesn't work.
i paid advance through credit card.
now don't know how to contact them and get my money back.
they seem to have shifted business from Dawaai to Nigerian Fraud.

I have placed order on 27th-Jul-23, but not received yet. Its been 22 days now (18-8-23). I haven't received any call or msg for the delay. Although i have called them on 3rd- Aug-23 when the customer representative told me that medicine is out of stock and lodge complaint regarding this. Then I called them on 5th-Aug-23 as follow-up, at that point they has forward the complaint further. By that time i waited for 48 hours for resolution but till now issue persist.
Now when i am trying to connect them over call, i couldn't. i have raised issue via msg and even send them email, but all in vain.
Note that its a pre-paid order. I haven't received the medicine nor the refund.
I don't know how to connect them now.
I won't recommend to pay them in advance

I placed an order on June 18, 2023 and they cancelled my order after 14 days and Promised me to issued the refund and Its 2nd of August today and Still no refund. Please stay away from them guys. They are useless and will rip you off.

The service provided by this online pharmacy is severely lacking, and I feel compelled to provide negative feedback based on my experience. I placed two orders, and on both occasions, there was a complete lack of communication regarding the status of my orders. After waiting for three weeks, I repeatedly asked for updates, only to be informed that my orders were still being processed. However, after four weeks, the orders were cancelled without any prior notice.

Initially, I had ordered using the cash on delivery option, but after not receiving any update for the first order, I thought that pre-payment may expedite the process. Unfortunately, the second order was also cancelled, and to add insult to injury, the amount was refunded weeks later.

This is, by far, the worst example of customer service that I have ever encountered. The primary advantage of this online pharmacy is the ability to provide medication to elderly relatives without delay, but this service has failed miserably. I fail to see the purpose of running a business if customer service is this subpar. The consequences of delaying medication are grave, and the repeated failure to deliver on promises is unacceptable. If I were in Pakistan, I would have considered legal action against this pharmacy.

they are confirm fraud.. june 2022 i had a problem in delivery of medicine untill i asked them and i thought may be its a mistake by human they repeated the same in Oct and untill today i am chasing them.. i paid in advance they kept silent untill i email them about delivery schedual and then they kept saying pls wait or cancel product not available in stock... after a long fuss i changed the item and they did the same even with new order... and i can not get refund to my account as it is roshan digital account local deposits not allowed. its a scam which use sorry as tool to gain freedom. lets all go SECP and citizen portal i will loose my money but i wish to bann this scam

They show one price on the checkout page and charge another price from the debit/credit card. Sometimes, they don't send the ordered quantity, e.g., if you order one pack of ten strips, they will just send one strip. If you complaint, they don't respond.

I have been placing my online medicine orders for over 04 years and never had a problem. Since May 2022 i have been facing issues such as medicines are not available then they should mention on their website instead they accept the order and don't bother informing or calling and delay in delivery order as I have become very frustrated and their staff keeps apologizing which is not working. The CEO Farhan should either update the website for shortage on medicine along with other products or close the business. There must be other customers facing the same problem.
