Order directly from Dyson......
Ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner on Thursday early evening. Website promises next day delivery. Had no further communication until Saturday morning when said they could deliver on Monday between 1 and 5. I mentioned that they were offering next day and the excuse was no-one had picked the order up on Thursday, what happened to all day Friday? As we live just a few miles away and they deliver to us on one of their own vans, surprised that they didn't deliver sooner - frankly it would have fitted in a car. I will go to Dyson direct next time where a seven day delivery is in place. No benefits at all from trying to support local business. Very disappointed.

I had a very good experience with this…
I had a very good experience with this company recently when they replaced a thermostat on my electric cooker. The service person I dealt with initially was very friendly and efficient as was the engineer who carried out the work. The work was very thoroughly checked & tested before the engineer left us. I felt the communucation was excellent and the price for call out and fitting very reasonable & fair. I have purchased appliances from this company in the past and always recieved excellent service and very competitive prices. Highly recommended and very pleased to support a friendly and caring local business.

Cheaper than other companies
Competitive price for the washing machine itself but the overall cost was much cheaper as they do not charge extra for recycling of old appliances and do free local delivery. Probably saved £ 70 buying with them compared to popular online companies such as AO.
Good communication and excellent service overall. I would highly recommend.

Great team
Friendly, professional service with great price matching. Installers had a difficult time to remove cooker, so when a more specialised fitter came from db they went above and beyond to install perfectly.
