No show delivery
For the third time it now so happens that I’ve booked a home delivery for a specific time, took day off work, waited way beyond the time window and no show.
Today I called and was promised by the guy he would track it down, however I did not receive a call back.
Now I can see on the tracking number that they were unable to deliver and have returned to terminal.
I have not been away from home and know no one has been here.
The service is irresponsible with people’s time and goes way below any common standard of service.

Car bumper badly damaged in transit & not secured in box. Warehouse staff - very good.
The company staff were good and regularly contacted me to inform me that my package would be delayed, not their fault as the place of origin had delays in transport of the package due to weather. They would ring and ask what time or days suited me to drop off the package and were so helpful. BUT my package arrived in a smashed up box and the contents inside were not protected by any wrap or protective packaging. I’ve put this down to the workers who placed it carelessly in the lorry/van/ship even when it was covered in - VERY FRAGILE ITEM- My item was a bumper for a car so quite expensive and it came with a large dent and warped plastic due to no bubble wrap or anything protecting it inside the (quite flimsy) box. I waited along time for this expensive item and for it to come quite damaged was unacceptable. The site I bought it from had proof of it being in mint condition before being shipped, so it came to be damaged in transit. I am going to ring them and hopefully get it resolved. I would say be wary.

Worst courier company ever
Worst courier company ever. They have lost my packages from 2 different companies on 2 different occasions.How does a package simply go missing when it's under transport to the pick up point?They never help you and let you chat with a Bot that asks you to contact the sender. Horrible,stopped buying from companies that deliver with Schenker! Do not recommend at all.

Not very careful
The delivery guy called me shortly before, which was nice. However, he didn't handle my parcel very carefully. While it was even written on the box to be careful with it. Fortunately it was packed well, so no damages.

Our Logistics Manager put all the relevant details for the point of contact, but neither the sending party, nor the receiving party were contacted directly.
DB Schenker introduced a new system where you have to book the delivery online, and did not inform anyone. Our shipment sat in their terminal for 2-3 extra days as a result, without any contact from them, except by email to the Logistics Manager, not the POC at the destination. We were irked since this shipment was important and needed to be received quickly.

Horrible. We booked and appointment between 11:00 and 14:00 and they arrived at 10:00 so I wasn’t at home + they didn’t want to bring the boxes inside home so they left them outside and I’m a single woman I can’t bring them by myself so now I have no idea how to do it.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Bought double stroller via Blocket and Schenker was supposed to deliver. They lost it and showed 0 empathy and care about the fact that they lost expensive package. Took long time to reply, were not answering my questions, were not proactive to inform me about progress and they did not seem to care. Me as a buyer, lost more than half of the money i paid as insurance did not cover full price. Seems to me they have done a lousy job. How do you loose such a big package?!!

I ordered a package and I was never notified that they werent going to send it until I called
I ordered a package and was supposed to receive it on Monday. The whole day it was estimated to arrive that day. At 17.00, the track and trace website shows 'no delivery/ consignee was absent'. I was at home the whole day waiting for it and did not receive an email regarding the package. I called to see where my package was and they said they couldnt send it because there was no phone number. How does my phone number affect the transporter's ability to send my package?? Anyway, when I called the person on the other end was very helpful and kind. I understand the discrepancy however a missing phone number shouldnt stop the delivery. I shouldve been emailed instead.

Costumer service excellence
Even though the gentleman has had the same question asked many times by many people he was not annoyed I was asking it again. He was very pleasant took the time to explain what the procedure was and double checked the tracking number. I now understand how shipping in Sweden works.

Most worst company, I have ever seen. No proper communication. Continuous false commitments.

No service, they just dont care, my package have now been lost for 2 weeks - every time I call them they promise to contact me by email with an update, but the update never comes
