Made an appointment twice for delivery. Twice I stayed at home for nothing.
Not only can't they give you an estimation on delivery time, they simply don't show up. No text, no telephone call. Nothing.
I looked at the track and trace: it hadn't even left the terminal those days (half an hour driving).
Try to call them yourself: good luck!
If you are a company doing business with DBschenker: stop immediately, it will cost you costumers.
I had to cancel my order from Kakelgiganten since I can't afford to take more days off waiting for a delivery truck that's not showing up.

Estimated delivery date unknown.
Now it's already been about two weeks that my package's latest state is just "UNKNOWN", called them, waited on position 3 in the queue for a very long time, then sent an email asking for the state of the parcel, and no response from customer service so far! A huge waste of time and money. Absolutely my worst experience ever with a carrier.

So sloppy with packages delivery
I wabted to pick up a package in the shop that Schenker indicated me… but even though Schenker was telling it was opened … the shop was closed. And no customer service to reach… just a stupid chatbot that does not understands 50% of the questions and gives inaccurate answers to the questions it understands… just bad and sloppy.

I waited all day from 07:00 until 17:00 for a delivery and received nothing. I could not call customer service as it is only open 13:30 to 16:30 ?
This has been a great inconvenience and a waste of my time. Not impressed with DB Schenker.
Update:
As it is nigh impossible to talk to Schenker as a private person, the supplier kindly called DB Schenker for me today and organised another delivery tomorrow. Thank you supplier, and hopefully a happy ending!

Huge letdown in customer service.
Ordered some clothes via a site and were supposed to be delivered to nearest DB Schenker pick up point. There was a pick up location in my city BUT the location that was chosen was the one in another city (which is 2 hours and 30min walking distance).
I emailed the site i ordered from to try to change to the closer pick up point, but they advised me to contact DB Schenker. I contacted DB Schenker who basically said they needed a verification from the order site. So i contacted the site again, got the SAME answer as before. I send the sites email to DB Schenker while explaining that i have tried to get a verfication for the pick up location change but the site keeps telling me to contact DB Schenker instead. The customer support person from the courtier company writes back that she cannot find anywhere in the email where the site said that.
In the end because it took so long to even finish discussion/arguing if it is possible to change the pick up location with DB Schenker, my order got sent back (honestly i couldnt have picked up the delivery anyways since it was so far away).
And now i ordered another order which got shipped via DB Schenker and i can already see that it will be sent to the farther pick up point location again (i still do not understand why the the nearest pick up location to my given adress isnt chosen). And i already know it will be like last time where both companies tell me to contact the other one while nothing changes.
All in all really inconvienent, ineffective and with customer service that doesnt really help.

My parcel was ordered say ahead of time in order to arrive before the weekend I REALLY and CRUCIALLY needed it!
I followed the tracking. The package arrived at them in GOOD time. It traveled to my city. And then it was STUCK.
It was just sitting there the entire Wednesday.

Parcel stuck for two weeks
According to their tracking information, my parcel has not moved for almost two weeks.
Their site has a chat window but it is a bot that directs me to the tracking webpage.

No delivery, now left in the dark
Came especially back from my summer house, waited in my apartment from 7 am to 5 pm for the delivery, nothing delivered. It is now 7:15 pm, no call or sign from them, and when I call the service desk then the phone is not taken (waited 45 min. in the queue). Very unpleasant experience. I feel treated badly by Schenker. Not sure what to do.
== UPDATE==
After leaving a 1-star review I got contacted the next day to leave my contact information. They called me in about 1 hour after that and delivered the goods the same day. The driver who came to drop it off told me that they tried an electric truck and eventually had to be towed away the day before, that’s why they did not come (and didn’t let me know). Anyway, I got what I wanted, thanks because it caused unnecessary stress! I increased the rating to 3 stars thanks to the quick solution.

Lost parcel from distribution center to pick up point
It seems I am “just” one more person with a lost parcel during transportation from the distribution center to the pick up point (10 minutes drive). The parcel took 3 days to arrive from Malaga to Malmo (handled by GLS), so far 7 days from Malmo to the pick up point (handled by DB Schenker).
The parcel is “out for delivery” for more than 4 days, no updates, no reading of the tracking in any location.
GLS international has been trying to reach DB Schenker for 2 days without succeess. My phone calls are not being picked either.

They did not deliver my order on the day they were supposed to. It is a week late, and I still have not received my order. They do not answer my calls, and their website has a very complicated form. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and it is causing me a lot of stress.

Terrible as of late
I used Schenker for years and never had issues with them, they've always been every bit as good as any other company, but for the past few months they have been HORRIBLE.
Every single package I send or get sent to me takes at least twice as long as it takes when they get shipped with PostNord, DHL or Bring, and that's on one of Schenker's good days. Half the times you drop a package off and it doesn't even leave the station you sent it at after a whole week. Often a package that would take other companies 2-3 days to deliver takes Schenker over 2 weeks!
Really hope they can fix their issues and get back to being as good as they were, because at the moment their service is borderline unusable.

Very poor service....
A package from Gothenburg to Stockholm has taken over 10 days and the customer service agent can't seem to locate the package. The tracking number information says the package is being delivered today for five days now.

Home Delivery cancelled at the last minute. Happens every time with Schenker Helsingborg and is never a problem with other logistics companies in the area. I have decided never to purchase from any vendor if the selected carrier is Schenker.

I & my husband have been calling DB…
I & my husband have been calling DB Schenker customer support since this morning but we get no response from them. We were in queue and despite being placed 1st in the queue I had to wait more than 40 mins and my husband waited an extra 30 mins. We have even tried their chat bot and it is worse. I am still in the queue waiting…. I don’t understand why can’t the bot show any updates on the delivery which cleared customs etc already on 28th of April. Neither do I know why I have given it a star. So horrible experience.
