I chose the delivery time between 09:00 and 12:00. After they were several hours late, I contacted customer service, and they told me the package would arrive by 17:00. Be prepared to skip work that day just to receive the package. Absolutely terrible.

Got called to schedule a delivery. It was a super nice interaction and I got all the options explained to me. The agent was really helpful in picking the best time for me.

delivery is done on time
delivery is done on time. I asked the delivery lady whether she can take back the pallet after i get my box she told me that she did not have time. It sounds strange because it took less than a minute to remove the box from the pallet. That might not be their duty to collect pallet from the customer but it would have been nice to pick it up

Order never being delivered and now answer from support
Our company shipped orders from Taby Sweeden to Agadir Morocco the order took 35 days and still didn't arrive yet this is bad business for us and the order stays 10 days in 1 location after we complained it gets sent to Lyon France and stays there from the 23/01/2025 till today 04/02/2025 and the order hasn't yet been shipped from 23/12/2024 till 04/02/2025 we haven't received our order supplier calls the representative but no answer till the moment that we decided to never again work with DB Schenker we are under contract for this order they gave us that 23/01/2024 is the date of the delivery but till today the order hasn't yet entered the Moroccan territory this is outrageous and unprofessional from this company.

My package has been delayed by a week and still hasn't arrived. I keep getting a notification that it is delayed by 2 to 5 days. I also reached out to them via mail and haven't gotten a response.

I think the most important days for any delivery company are the days leading up to Christmas. I ordered presents online two weeks before Christmas with a delivery date of the 23rd, and it was specifically stated that the package would be delivered before the holiday. This is why I chose this delivery option. However, on the day of delivery, the date changed to the 27th.
After two calls to DB Schenker, they confirmed that the package would indeed be delivered on the 27th instead of the promised 23rd. So, there was no presents for my family members this year. Thank you DB Schenker Sverige!

Useless courier company who lose items
Tracking status for my shipment hasn't changed since 5th December and no one from this useless company can provide me with an update. Their website shows "Your shipment is currently at dispatching center." and the status hasn't changed since nearly 2 weeks. Their website has no way to speak to anyone. I have no idea how these companies are in business!
