very helpful customer service
their customer care is very professional and helpful, they wanted to leave my order at a pickup point but when I called the customer service they were very polite and helpful, the seller wanted to make it harder for me to get my order delivered to my house but DB Schenker handles everything smoothly. thank you very much for a job well done.

When door to door is not at all
Why does your driver think it’s okay to tell me I should meet him downstairs when I have paid for door delivery. Does he think his job is optional? Does he assume that no one has children alone in the apartment, or a medical condition? Just such a rude experience. Would choose any other courier.

They missed two booked deliveries
They missed two booked deliveries. Then they want to just put an expensive package on the driveway, and want no responsibility if something happens to the package.
Never use this fraudulent company for deliveries.

Had a package coming from Sweden
Had a package coming from Sweden. First time using Db schenker, according to the track and trace it was delivered but I never received it. It was a package that needed a signature and ID. So its very unprofessional and bad service for the delivery guy/woman to give out without me signing off. On top of that the customer service was not helpful at all.

Disorganized, predatory, and deeply frustrating experience
We recently imported a bathtub from Germany. The vendor had prepared all the required documents with care, and everything went smoothly—until the crate arrived in the U.S. That’s when DB Schenker took over, and the process fell apart.
From the moment they got involved, they started bombarding us with new questions every few hours. Despite the vendor’s meticulous documentation, they immediately made it clear that we would be incurring storage overcharges until their internal process was complete. It felt predatory from the start—and unfortunately, that was just the beginning.
Nearly two weeks later, we're still stuck at the same point. Multiple emails per day, a long and growing list of people copied in, and never any clarity on who is actually responsible. When you call, no one is at their desk. Communication is fragmented and inefficient at best.
We’ve responded to every single email within minutes. We’ve been in business for over 15 years and occasionally import goods, although we’re not a dedicated importer—but I have never experienced anything this disorganized or stressful. It has cost us time, money, and a great deal of unnecessary aggravation.
Would not recommend. Proceed with caution.

terrible service - didnt connect the requested contact number in sweden to have package released etc.. instead continued to poorly attempt to call me in the USA (which made no sense) - barely received my item

Delayed delivery 2 times in a row, still not shown up. False information.
Delayed delivery even though booking was made, twice in a row and still now awaiting for the third time.
Puts false information under reason of unsuccessful delivery "Receiver not at home", but we were 3 people at home, with a dog that barks whenever the door rings, the delivery did not show up. In fact, after customer support call, they said the delivery never left the terminal. Get your shit together.
Worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company.
