Do not use this company as a collection point. The agent at Boulevard Tobacco, hyllie boulevard 4ba, 21626 Malmö is a thief. They refused to let me collect my delivery and demand I show a qr code when the website says I can show regular ID for collection. I never received the qr code to collect so I was waiting for it. 3 days later and still no notification and I check the tracking and see that my delivery has been "collected".
Clearly the agent decided to steal my delivery for himself and change the tracking as collected. Because if he refused collection without the qr code how could it be collected by anyone else. And I was still waiting for the notification with the qr code for collection.
Edit: Learn to read. The agent demanded the QR code and wouldn't accept anything else. Even when I showed the tracking page with the 4 digit number. Also no one from Schenker contacted me so obviously there would be no response.

Do not book this carrier!
Do not book this carrier!! They refuse to do home delivery even if you paid for it. I ordered two heavy packages and only because I believed it would be home delivered as it said when I was booking it, because I am not able to carry it. I even changed my plans to make sure I am home when it comes. But the customer service told me all packages are directly going to a pick up point even if you booked home delivery as if that was normal. They couldn't even find the tracking number even though they sent me an email with it. I had to forward it to them so that they could see it. Horrible, horrible service, not to mention extremely slow. DHL has the packets always delivered to my home and fast.

Unprofessional services
DB Schenker was originally about to deliver a package to me ( a table that weighs 31kg) in my door. I prevented them from doing so for the driver's safety and for table's safety aswell (just in case a driver damages it) and i offered to pick it up myself.
When I opened the package the table was already broken. I was trying for a whole week to find a solution to send it back and get my money back. They boked a pickup service in wrong address and they even send a confirmation for it , then I told them the correct address and they canceled the booking. After that they told me to leave the package in a schenker ombud. So I was trying to do and the agent refused to take it. I don't know if they want to joke with me but that's not funny at all.
Totally unworthy. Waste of time and energy for a package that THEY themselves damaged.
I wish I never get any service with schenker again. By far the WORST.

Frustrating and Unprofessional Service – Damaged Luggage & Poor Customer Support.
I recently used DB SCHENKER for a shipping service and had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
First, after paying online (including insurance), I went to the service point to hand over my bags, only to be told I needed a QR code—which was never sent to me. I called customer service and was placed **#1 in the queue**, yet I waited **over 50 minutes** for a response. When they finally answered, they **hung up on me**!
I went to another service point where the staff were friendly but confirmed they couldn’t proceed without the QR code. I called customer service again—this time, I was **#2 in line**, then **#1**, but waited **another 40+ minutes** without any answer. Thankfully, the staff helped me manually, but they printed a label from **DB Schenker**, not the QR code I was supposedto receive.
When my bags arrived, the **wheels were damaged**. I filed a complaint, but they **refused compensation**, claiming I "should have used a different package for shipping." This is unacceptable—**why did they accept my bags if they weren’t suitable?**
**Key Issues:**
1. **QR Code Failure** – Why wasn’t it sent after payment?
2. **Horrible Customer Service** – Over 90 minutes wasted waiting, only to be hung up on.
3. **No Accountability** – I paid for insurance, yet they denied compensation unfairly.
I will **never use this service again** and advise others to avoid it unless they improve their reliability, support, and claims process.

I am happy to be assisted promptly out of a situation which otherwise could have led to my parcel be - returned to the sender (hence more cost), or lost altogether due to an anticipated and unavoidable delayed pickup at the destination (pickup Point).

At last my 30 kg parcel arrived (cost 4200 € tot)
Today my 30 kg parcel arrived, after 15 days in Europe. Good work from the seller but I think GLS and Schenker have to make a better cowork together. The trackingnumber have to be the same all way through the transport. After Sordio, Italy it was impossible to track the item, even if I had contact with Schenker twice! GLS didn't talk to me even if they gave me information one day that the item was going back and some day later that the parcel was delivered which it wasn't. Contact twice with Schenker and they couldn't find it.
And why do they make a message from GLS in Sordio that the parcel is on it's way back to the seller the 27th of June? It left the seller the 23th! Many questions and wonderings and the bad thing is that I have a couple of friends who has the same experience with GLS. YOURS SINCERELY, DR. JÖRGEN JOHANSSON
