I ordered a bed and after one month of waiting they suddently announced that they will deliver the bed the same day without other warning! (not possible to join somebody before and they did not respond to the email)
Not their fault but it was the wrong pieces so they arranged an appointment to retrieve the wrong part but didnt come to the appointment! (Unannounced again...they told me the next day that they were to busy...) So I had to take another day off for that!

Complete lack of information and professionalism. I’ve called them 3 times without any information and sent 3 emails without anything either. As of today I still have no idea where my package is or when I will receive it.

I've read a lot of negative reviews, but our personal experience was completely different, and frankly, we're very satisfied.
Our order was shipped from France to Ireland by sea, and we could easily track all the updates on the DB SCHENKER website—everything was simple and reliable.
Delivery to Dublin took 11 days, and the packaging was perfectly intact. Everything was handled with care and respect for the customer.
Although the tracking system showed an estimated delivery date of October 15-21, we received our order today—October 10, 2025!
That's why we give them 5 stars.
In our experience, they truly deserve it—for their hard work, reliability, and excellent service.
P.S.
To those who are waiting and doubting, here's my advice. DB SCHENKER doesn't always send automatic updates, so don't worry if you don't receive emails from them.
You'll only need your tracking number.
Go to their official website, click "Get delivery updates," enter your email address, and you'll receive the most accurate information about the current location of your package.
You can also check your shipment history, which clearly displays all the details of your shipment.

Great Process, Great system
So I refrained from giving a five star rating because the driver refused to deliver the parcel to my door but instead stopped at the enterance of the building. The parcel weighs 26kg so I totally understand but he could have simply said he would not be able to go upstairs due to the weigh instead of arguing that the entrance of the building was "my door". Asides this complaint, the while process was seamless and near perfect!. Great company, great process, super excited my goods landed in one piece.

Disastrous waiting time for customer support.
Customer service won't answer my call.
Started the call as 3rd in the queue. In 15 mins I was first, after that for 30 mins straight I didn't get any information on the queue position, but I was answered in the end. The support agent was nice and we have solved the issue but this long waiting time is disastrous.

Unprofessional, Dismissive, and Unhelpful
I have rarely experienced such shockingly poor and rude customer service.Competitors such as UPS and DHL manage to solve similar situations quickly and professionally. DB Schenker, by contrast, showed a complete lack of accountability, problem-solving ability, or even basic respect for the customer.
Extremely poor experience – I would strongly advise avoiding DB Schenker if you expect reliability or any level of professional support.

They only start delivering packages when they feel like it
My ancestors work at Postnord in Kiruna, They are way more professional and they get your packages delivered ON TIME!! They actually pick up the packages every day, Not like DB Schenker that does it whenever they feel like it

Lost package, no response
Based on tracking I can see my package had arrived in Sweden from GLS the 21.Aug, where apparently DB Schenker, delivered my package to a shop in Helsingborg, and now it’s lost.
I don’t know what sort of agreement you and GLS have. But you both lose my package and I hear nothing about it for nearly 2 weeks, and the only reason why I know is I was able to find a number to call GLS to figure out what the hell happened.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?!?!?
