Package Marked Delivered but Left Elsewhere at Wrong Door Without Verification
I received a text message stating that my packages had been delivered to my door. However, when I checked, they were not there. After searching around the building, I found that the boxes had been left at a different door downstairs, without checking the name on the door or confirming the correct delivery location.
While the packages were eventually found, this situation was concerning and could easily have resulted in loss or theft. I hope this feedback helps improve delivery accuracy and care in the future.

I did not receive my parcel
I received a message saying your parcel have been delivered, unfortunately I did not receive any parcel. I checked my cameras everything even calling , I did not even get help up to now it has been three days now, Even one employee there hung up on me whilst I was talking. Very bad service

Terrible service
Terrible service. This is already the third time my bed hasn’t been delivered properly. Every time I’m forced to take a day off and wait at home the whole day, and each time the delivery arrives incomplete. I cannot say this is a good service or that customers are treated with respect. Instead, we are left worrying about our orders and wasting our time receiving each missing part on a separate day.

They require your presence to receive a…
They require your presence to receive a package and thus that you stay at home from work the whole day. In my case, I had to stay at home two days, and they still haven't delivered my package as scheduled. They are not very flexible and cannot offer any alternatives to the delivery, and customer service is inaccessible and slow.

Very rude driver
The driver was very rude and just left a 35 kg package at the door. He lacked courtesy empathy and any basic human skills. I was promised a separate email by DB Schenker. Its been 4 days and I have not received any email from the customer support team

Very Poor Delivery Service
I was unable to select any additional delivery options for my order, and today I received a large and heavy shipment. When the courier called prior to arrival, I asked if he could assist by placing the delivery in the elevator, as I am pregnant and unable to lift heavy items. He responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner and stated that he would only put the delivery in the elevator before abruptly ending the call.
Upon arrival, the shipment was significantly larger and heavier than expected, including a substantial wooden pallet beneath the boxes. The courier placed the entire load in the elevator and left immediately. Even with assistance at home, it would have been impossible for us to lift or move this safely on our own.
I find the conduct unacceptable. First, the refusal to provide basic assistance to a pregnant customer; second, the unwillingness to bring the delivery to my door, even for an additional fee; and third, the fact that he had the proper equipment to complete the task quickly and safely. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.
