Why cant we choose our own delivery location. Temu always find the wrong delivery location n its long from my apartment. Why not do it like Postnord, where we can choose n transfer to the nearest location for pick up. Its being more than 10 times. I hv called DBS office nut they cannot do anything. Told to call Temu but Temut dont know which is the nearest location to my apartment. Very disappointed.

Only trouble. Especially when living in Southern lappland in Northern Sweden. And especially when you get a package from GLS (which Schenker takes and should deliver)
It takes a crazy amount of time for them to actually deliver and rarely get any updates. Rarely get a notification where they are going to deliver (at home or what service point).
They actually lost a package at the moment while im typing this. Insane..
And ACTUALLY have hearing damage and a permanent buzz in my left ear permanently because of when i was calling their customer service for another one of their fck ups, the volume difference from the waiting music to the beeptone was about 20 fold and damages my ear.
If you can avoid Schenker in Sweden.

I had to travel to another city to pick up my package—that's unthinkable! The nearest terminal was in another city, 60 km from my delivery address. Why can't I give a -5 star review?

The delivery was was more than three hours late and I was not contacted an hour before (I payed extra for that service!)
Why ask people to book between 9h-12h if you know in advance you won’t make it in time? Very unprofessional.

Yesterday I spoke with them in the phone. Excellent atention.
The driver today, in the middle of the snow left the package with a big smile.
The package arrived in perfect condition, and it was a delicate issue.

If there were a 0-star option, I would choose it. The service was terrible. My parcel has been stuck in Malmö for 3 weeks. They are not supportive in finding my parcel. They doesn't seem to care about customers at all. This is how they responded after I had called continuously for 2 weeks. "The case will not be expedited by contacting us." ???
The Customer support is constantly lying. Sometimes they claim the package has already passed through the Czech Republic, even though I clearly emailed GLS Czech and received a response that the package is still in Malmö. Other times they said that there are 10,000 people in the same situation as me. I don't believe 10,000 packages are all caught in this vicious cycle. This makes me wonder if they're really working hard. If they truly can't deliver it, then don't accept the package at the beginning

According to the shop’s instructions, all parcels must be checked before acceptance. We ordered an expensive table from the Audo Copenhagen brand via Scandinavia design shop (from France to Portugal).
However, the delivery driver in Portugal (Bicesse) refused to allow us to check the parcels before signing. We did not sign the delivery documents, but we were left with the parcels anyway.
As it turned out, the delivery contained only part of our table, and instead of the remaining parts, there were large lamps belonging to someone else. If the delivery driver had allowed us to inspect the parcels, this situation could have been avoided and we would not now be dealing with returns, exchanges, and unnecessary stress.
We are very dissatisfied with the delivery service and are currently waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Never use this company! Apart from the fact that it takes them 5 days to deliver one package from Täby to Sundbyberg, now its the second time they loose one of my packages and on top of that they dont offer any help or compansation.

I received a text message stating that my packages had been delivered to my door. However, when I checked, they were not there. After searching around the building, I found that the boxes had been left at a different door downstairs, without checking the name on the door or confirming the correct delivery location.
While the packages were eventually found, this situation was concerning and could easily have resulted in loss or theft. I hope this feedback helps improve delivery accuracy and care in the future.

I received a message saying your parcel have been delivered, unfortunately I did not receive any parcel. I checked my cameras everything even calling , I did not even get help up to now it has been three days now, Even one employee there hung up on me whilst I was talking. Very bad service
