Customers also frequently reported issues with payments, noting that the company demanded payment even when no useful action was taken or when fines were already paid. Communication was a major source of frustration, with many struggling to get a response to emails or phone calls. Robbery , Incorrect process

Awful ,very distressing to be sent a fine for £170 ,that was the first letter I recieved
I took my 92 year old friend out to help her with shopping and the bkue badge had fallen to the floor / been moved as she gets very confused.
They are pursuing this via the court ,it's completely unnecessary . Would have paid £20 to avoid anxiety as not displayed but never given the option
It's complete injustice and robbery ,shameful

COuntry Court Judgement

I'm currently in court due to a problem with their own system and for the penalty not being reported, and they're asking for 60 pounds and 300 pounds. This is pure robbery.

Still Threatening Bailffs for Fraudulent Parking Fine

DESPITE EMAILS OF CONCERN NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO RESPOND. WHAT A NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THIS IS - JUST LIKE PARKMAVEN.

====

Another Rottweiler company like Parkmavan trying to frighten an elderly guy into paying for a parking fine he did not create.

Some b’stard registered his car at my address. Parkmavan refuse to believe I’m not the owner. Now they have contracted DCB to threaten me with bailiffs for not paying the fine.

DVLA - likely still working from home - have failed to de-register this car from my address.

Both Parkmavan and DCB are insisting I pay.

Really unhelpful

Really unhelpful. They don’t properly check address for correspondence and so the minimum legal requirements. Reference numbers for online payments don’t work. Secure entry for cards doesn’t work resulting in insecurity of data and payment details. Really selfish arrogant company

I always got through to someone on the phone first time and aaron was very reassuring throughout the process. Highly recommend and would use again

sent me a fine, and then they paid for it....

So received a fine from my gym carpark for exceeding 3 hour limit although gym members are entitled to free all day parking. Appealed the fine directly stating I'm a member and entitled to free parking, and that their signage states nothing about entering your vehicle reg into a machine(which they rejected the appeal on the basis of). refused to pay the parking fine for over a year until we eventually went to court. I put in a counterclaim explaining how they were unlawfully pursuing me. As expected by both G24 (car park company) and DCB Legal(their representatives) according to other reviews, they pulled out their claim weeks before court, leaving just my counterclaim. In the end they were ordered to pay me just short of £300 to cover my out of pocket expenses. Throughout the whole year they intentionally pursued me despite knowing there was no contract breach, in the hopes I would get intimidated and fold. they told my gym on two occasions they had cancelled the fine but continued to pursue me behind closed doors, sent me multiple intimidating letters including bailiff letters, called on occasions all for a fine they knew right from the beginning (because I as a simple citizen had to explained it to them) that there was no breach of contract and the fine was unlawful. DCB and G24 prey on the vulnerability of individuals and use malicious tactics to rinse them of their money. Be wary when using their car parks, and if you happened to receive an unlawful fine, pursue it to court, keep ALL evidence of everything from letters, signage, calls, any correspondence, and anything else related to matter and counterclaim against them. Feel free to email me if you need any assistance. Shame on both companies and their employees. Sold out for a pay check.

Received a parking notice from this…

Received a parking notice from this company as final notice which was the 1st letter received. I have raised appeal for consider the grace period where I have got the reply on 18th Sept by saying I need to pay £100 and no response added to my query, further there was no helpline to discuss. I have paid through helpline where they mentioned the payment reference number. However, payment is not deducted from my account. On 24th Sept, I received a letter from this debt collection company stating it’s even more £170. Spoke to this company and provided proof of payment, I have been told that I have not got 1st letter and got reply on 18th sept to pay 100£ but they didn't listen and just said that 1st letter was issued. I asked for evidence for letter delivery but they didn't listen and threaten to pay £170 otherwise legal action will be taken.
Seems this company is a full of scam people and and pathetic helpline staff who doesn't even listen the fact. I really concern how this company operate and looting the people.

Excellent Staff

This is the second time I have used DCB Legal Ltd. James and Amy have been so helpful in obtaining a CCJ. They are always on hand to answer questions and are very patient with the numerous questions I have had. I have complete confidence that the money will be recovered due to their efforts. Thanks for your help in dealing with a very stressful situation.

DCB Legal are a nightmare company to…

DCB Legal are a nightmare company to deal with. Since April 2025 we have been receiving letters at our home, addressed to a person completely unknown to us, who has no association with our address. The letters are in pursuit of unpaid parking fines from 2024. Despite numerous phone calls, two official complaints and after obtaining proof from the DVLA stating there is no link between the car or the individual with our address, we continue to receive letters. We are now receiving letters from bailiffs. They are simply the worst sort of company to deal with, dishonest and totally incapable of admitting they have made a mistake. We have even been told by them it is our responsibility to prove the person does not live at our address, very convenient for them to tell us to do the impossible, how do you prove a negative ? Like many others here I will be making a complaint to the SRA

The goffers for ZZPS who have applied…

The goffers for ZZPS who have applied to the county court to strike out my counter claim. The vile actions of crooked Lawyers and vile parking companies continues. After deciding not to proceed with the PCN which I acquired while visiting the United Services Club which they could have decided to do 5 years ago they now want to fight the counter claim of £500. that's £100 a year for continued harassment and threatening letters. The whole episode is sickening and a travesty of justice. I wonder how much these Lawyers are charging ZZPS for representing them? The same stink as Capsticks and Moat Homes scenario. Justice delayed is justice denied.Deusmihiiustitiamdabit

THEY FILED A CCJ AGAINST ME DESPITE ME…

THEY FILED A CCJ AGAINST ME DESPITE ME PAYING AND EMAILING. They took the money and still proceeded with the claim. Serious breach of court rules. Lawyer was disgusted!!

They’re also the worst firm to deal with. No one gets back to you. All the staff were rude and one was very racist towards me.

Report them to the SRA. I’ve been informed the SRA are looking to shut them down because of how many complaints against them they receive it’s becoming a regulatory issue.

Also, when clients pay fines etc no one has a clue where the money is going because fines are still being pursued.

REPORT THEM TO THE SRA AND STOP THESE SCAMMERS. RUINING PEOPLES LIVES!!!

These crooks hit me with parking fines…

These crooks hit me with parking fines from 5 years ago, so I had no docs to build a defence, now I've 3 CCJ's.
I Have sent many emails offering 50% of the debt to just clear my credit record but have had no response.
Al I ca get on their website is "Click here to pay"
Even if I do weaken and pay them, I'm not confident they will clear the CCJ's.
There is a phone number, but I want a record of what they say in writing.
