If I could leave less stars I would

If I could leave less stars I would.
My 86 year old mother received letters addressed to me, so they are breaking GDPR and illegally obtaining information.
I called them and spoke to a very polite lady who informed me they got the address from my V5, which is a complete lie as my car is registered 300 miles away from my mothers and I don't even live in the country.
I asked for their legal departments details as I told them I wanted to take them to court under abuse of process and she explained that it wasn't their companies fault and they are allowed to add on costs for no reason.
Sham company trying to scare people into paying parking tickets which have been issued falsely.

Impossible to communicate with

Impossible to communicate with. They are chasing a parking fine run up by a tenant who has left my property. Emails not answered, phone calls not taken. Have written to them but had no response. Considering a complaint to the Solicitors Governing Body.

Despite having settled with them DCB legal have not informed the court. Despite calling them more than 10 times I’m fobbed off with the same story. So the case is still going ahead. These guys are unbelievable. They need to be shut down.

This review is an update to my previous experience with Dcbl Legal. Despite paying their charges the court was never updated as to the matter being settled. I have tried to call them more than 10 times and they tell me the same story every time. Yes we’ve updated the court, however when I call the court, Dcbl Legal have been lying and guess what? Have not told the court anything, so the matter is still outstanding. I still have to go to court despite having paid them what a total bunch of crooks. I don’t know how these companies are allowed to trade. You are guaranteed to have an awful experience. These guys have no conscience, no morals, no ethics And only expletives come to mind when I think of my experience with them. They need to be shut down. Not next week. But right now. They are exploiting every possible loophole to make your life a misery. I had a very good case and was going to challenge it. The only reason I paid it is because I’m due to travel abroad on holiday. The hearing date fell on the same day as my outbound flight, but it looks like I’ll have to go to the court anyway this morning. What’s a horrible outfit that you are dealing with.

Britannia Parking

Britannia Parking, DCBL & DCB Legal — a predatory conveyor belt
All it takes is a quick stop, confusing terms or a disputed notice and you’re in the system. Britannia fires off the “charge”, then you’re passed to DCBL (yes, the Can’t Pay? We’ll Take It Away! TV outfit) and on to DCB Legal—same machine, different letterheads—engineered (in my view) to confuse, intimidate and grind people down. My credit score fell 176 points the day a CCJ landed. Channel 5 has even been found by the courts to have breached privacy over the show—turning hardship into entertainment speaks volumes.
Practical tip: use TrustOnline to see the CCJ date/court/case no. If you discover a CCJ, pay in full within one calendar month and submit Form N443 with proof to the issuing court (often the Civil National Business Centre) to have it removed; pay later and you can mark it Satisfied.

Excellent service.

Demystified the complexities of an eviction in a professional and friendly manner.

The manager I spoke to, Paula, was well informed, helpful and put me at ease, explaining the process in a clear and thorough manner.

How dishonest is DCBL Gary Brown…

It's their self employed licensed enforcement agent Gary Brown. A proper Del Boy. Very rude and a scammer, deceptive in his dealings and fraudulant. It is necessary that his licence is revoked for his fundamental dishonesty and theft

Disgusting company & employees

Awful company who took over a PCN initiated by Excel parking services limited for a car park on Darlington. This was passed to them after DCBL bailiffs failed to bully me into paying the extortionate £170 fine for a £2:30 alleged breach. Long story but eventually went to civil court in July 2025 and I WON, now they are dragging their feet as I have submitted “MY EXPENSES” claim to them to be paid within 28 days. Looks like I will be taking them to civil court to claim back my time & money it cost me to defend the case. DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU

Unexpectedly helpful.

Received a parking fine for parking outside of my workplace. After moving house it took a while to find me. Didn't have long and it was sent to DCB Legal.
Called and didn't expect much help but I found the lady I spoke to really helpful. Thankfully with her advice I was able to chase with my old workplace and eventually was able to get the fine cancelled. Thanks for your help.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS 100%

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS 100%. THEY ARE PURELY A FAKE COMPANY ATTEMPTING TO EXTORT CASH FROM DECENT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. BEST BET JUST TAKE THEM TO COURT AND SUE THEM FOR HARASSMENT. THEIR STAFF OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE AND PROBABLY SLEEP VERY WELL AT NIGHT BUT I AM SURE KARMA WILL COME AND BITE THEM SOON. THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD SHUT THESE ROGUES DOWN BUT I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF LOCAL MP'S WERE NOT ON THIER BOARD OF DIRECTORS!

Right from the very first contact with Dcb Legal and the Dcbl team it was such a simple process to get the ball rolling,
If I have needed to gain contact I have been able to get straight though to a team member quickly , we ended up gaining possession before it had chance to progress through the high court
Highly recommend
