We appreciate that we need to improve the speed at which we respond if something goes wrong.
Whilst this is little consolation to you, your experience does not reflect that of most of our customers. Last year over 11,000 customers purchased from DCN Crafts and on most days more than 40 orders were shipped out to them. In reaching this size in our first year we probably grew faster than our infrastructure had capacity to deal with.
We are a young company and appreciate that we need to improve our communication to our customers in the event of any delay or an issue with their order.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. Have waited over 3 weeks for item. They replied to my first email saying they were getting delivery that week. Following week still waiting for status to change. They are still advertising the item i am waiting for, worse still they are now advertising a bundle offer that includes the item I have paid for. Does not seem very honest to me.

Buyers Beware
I ordered from this company and paid via PayPal for my item. After 2 weeks I had not received my item so I decided to email them asking where my product was.
Apparently it had not even been shipped. I gave it another week then asked to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. The reply I got saying this had been actioned. After waiting another week for my money back I hadn't received my refund. Luckily I had paid by PayPal and I received my money back going through their resolution process.
If I could have given them no stars I would have. Please don't waste your money or time purchasing anything from them as you will probably be very disappointed

Customer service email now doesn’t work, you get an automated response saying that message was not delivered as it was detected as spam, now no way of getting in contact although they said my money had been refunded 5 days ago. Avoid please everyone.

Their website is very professional and easy to navigate but that is all I can say which is positive about this company. I completely agree with all previous comments and their policy of selling stock they do not have. Poor communication and when generic emails arrive they always have some excuse for non or late delivery. Cancelled order but a month later still awaiting refund.

Avoid! Selling stock they don’t even have
Ordered some cricut vinyl that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else.
This was 6 weeks ago, and it’s yet to arrive.
I’m emailed them and have been told they’d issue a refund, and guess what, that was two weeks ago and we’ve had nothing. Thank GD I paid on PayPal.
Seems to be the same as all the other reviews, they’re selling stuff they don’t actually have in stock.

Wish I had seen the reviews first.
I spent over £350 with this company.
This company sells stock that it doesn't have. When I enquired where my cricut maker was they claimed to have sold out and be waiting for a delivery.
When the delivery deadline passed I heard nothing from them. All the time, the machine was showing available on the website. As I had been looking at one of the Cricut bundles also, they even emailed me to remind me that I had items remaining in my basket and offered a 5% discount. All for stock they allegedly didn't have.
Lucky I went through PayPal and got a refund. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
