It's a bit ridiculous to send an overpriced watch with the least reliable curier, the national post. I'm even reviewing without having recieved the watch yet after 20days(whithin Europe).

You could be more clear about shipping…
You could be more clear about shipping from UK. It looks like you are an official Braun store and then I, wrongfully, assumed that shipping would be from an EU member country. So customs and taxes added when importing the clock from UK. Ended up very expensive compared to EU-based shops.
The clock sets itself to GMT but in Sweden we are in CET time zone. Had an email exchange with support that suddenly ended without a solution. I still don’t know if the clock is faulty, preset to the wrong time zone or if it is possible to to set the time zone manually. Overall a bad experience although the clock is very stylish

I don't trust in this company
I don't trust in this company, they are from outside EU so each time you buy from them you will have to pay taxes and to do annoying paperwork. They write it on them web but at the end like very hide from the clients sight. I don't trust in them, disgusting customer service.

I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase
I am incredibly disappointed with my Braun alarm clock. I thought I was buying an emblematic piece of design. Instead I bought a horribly manufactured clock that is falling to pieces. When it arrived the luminescent paint on the clock hands had fallen off, I had to open the clock to remove the debris. Furthermore, now the button is not working very well, it gets stuck and is extremely clunky. The manufacturing is clearly not done as it was once, it’s a beautiful design made with bad materials and bad manufacturing. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to buy a vintage one. It’s poor branding by Braun to have such an emblematic piece be produced so horribly. I am sure Braun is aware of this, I would stop manufacturing entirely if this is the quality of the products.

Feedback met with defensiveness
I like the watch.
However, when I provided constructive feedback (consider informing customers more clearly about the importing costs associated with buying from Europe as this is is an unpleasant surprise that in my case increased my costs by 60%), this was met with defensiveness
Please regard this as an opportunity to improve! :)

The fact that your watches are shipped…
The fact that your watches are shipped from the UK and therefore require paying prohibitive import taxes is indicated, but not sufficiently clearly. Especially since all your marketing suggests that Braun is still a German brand, made in Germany (even your satisfaction survey is in German). When I pointed this out to your customer service time, your answer was simply “it is indicated on such and such a page of our website”… Too bad, because I'm happy with the product.

The only thing to be aware: watches are shipped from UK. Post brexit reality for sure will surprise you with extra charges. Learnt about this the hard way.
