Using fake account on Facebook to rip you off

I ordered over two weeks ago and still nothing. They create a tracking number to make you think that your order might be on it's way, but it's just smoke and mirrors. My package has been "USPS awaiting item" since November 25th. Try some where is if you need something fairly quickly. What I don't understand is that this place is less than 50 miles from where I live and it's still taking forever...

Placed a 2 year order for Netflix. Only lasted a month. Wouldn’t reply to my messages asking for a new login. Money lost ……scam site

Placed an order over a year ago and never received my order, when I try to reach out to them they refuse to refund my order… do not use this scam website.

Terrible service. Returned products I purchased and it’s almost a year and no refund. I had to pay to send the product off to them. Which I was not compensated for. When I call I’m on hold for over an hour only to be cut off. Very frustrating.

If I could give ZERO stars or even NEGATIVE number!! Cat tree ordered December 18 never arrived. Despite the tracking number (which is invalid according to the post office) shows it was delivered on January 22. I was home all day and my security cameras show no delivery. I went to the post office and they won’t even deliver something this heavy! Their customer service ( or lack of) emailed me back and said that since the tracking number shows a delivery they’ve met their end of the bargain. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can file a dispute. I will never again order anything from a business on Facebook. Fool me once!

I also ordered a cat tree at least a month age. Deal Hub was very interested in getting me to reorder since I apparently didn’t enter payment information. So I did it again believing that my mistakes caused a delay. So I reordered at least a month ago. Still no product. Paid $59.00 which included $10 for shipping insurance. Well, I haven’t seen a thing. This company is most certainly a scam. I’m furious. Facebook Marketplace should better screen these independent companies who use their vehicle to market themselves and appear legit. I believed that since I found it this way that it would share the same policies as Amazon. Arrrrgh!

They investigate the matter, but still no response, no Refund or anything from their side. Struggling from last year.

It's ridiculous that these scammers are allowed to operate on FACEBOOK. I ordered, admittedly stupidly, a cat tree. Then I researched and saw they were a scam. I immediately cancelled my debit card and disputed the purchase. I reported to the FTC. Everyone else should too. I ordered 2 weeks ago, now says it's shipping and there's a tracking number lol. I can't believe I was so stupid. Facebook should be ashames

I ordered from Reliable in Dec 2021 by Feb 2022 i received nothing so i asked for a refund
its jan 2023 still no refund so i rate my chances at 0 to get my money back

DealHhub Order DH30154. I ordered and paid for 2 of an item, but only one was delivered. I was requested to send photos of the package to Deal Hub which I immediately did. Deal Hub responded saying that my complaint would be refered to the Dispatch Manager. I have had no response in the past month and now they just ignore my emails. Only in South Africa would a company that operates this dishonestly be allowed to continue ripping it's unsuspecting clients off. I am furious!!

Please send complaints to the ombacsman . The more we get this company bombarded the more we stand a chance to shut this pathetic company down !!

No more than a bunch of fraudsters and scammers. In the first instance I did not want to even contact this company. They disguised themselves as the Tescos app when I was trying to download it. I got charged £4.50 a week for un wanted texts. It was not possible to do a STOP ALL and so I had to contact my mobile provider to bar them. They should be taken to a criminal court.

I wonder who is your owner and does he know how you treat the people who trusted you like me,I ordered a Phone I saw here but received totally different fong kong phone ,I will never do any business with you and I will spread the word,the waiting period was killing me only to find out that the order is something totally different,thank you but no thanks

We are waiting for delivery from August 2023... And still nothing... also no response to our e-mail... think twice before ordering from this company... think its a scame.......

I was scammed by this scum. I was downloading the morrisons app and I clicked on something in the app. Then I saw my card details were wanted so I cancelled it, still believing it was morrisons. Then I got an email from them wanting my details. I replied saying no. I watched my bank account for money going out. I thought that was it. I went to the phone shop to ask why they had put my contract up. To my horror this scum was taking the money out of my phone, without my permission. To me that is theft. DO NOT USE THEM

I don’t even know what to say , but l think l made a huge mistake, worse the tools l bought were for my business , 3 months down the line , l did not receive the order
