I echo every single disgruntled customer in the reviews…all the same issues….paid a fortune for solar lights, delivery was said to be 14 days!, eventually 5 weeks later I get a delivery of COMPLETE incorrect item…multiple emails and phone calls to try and request a refund…always stalling and supposedly “escalating” the matter…unable to get a refund until a courier collects the incorrect item first, which just never happens, it is now 4 weeks of emails and calls and NO collection or refund…..absolutely ridiculous, despicable “service”, will NEVER use them again !!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY! We're a Non-Profit Organization that can ill afford to lose R6301.99 from good willing donors and by extension the beneficiaries in desperate need of our services. We ordered and paid for a Power station on the 25th of January 2023 - after 3 weeks of non delivery - we requested a refund. 15 telephone calls, subsequent promises via email to refund - still nothing as at 03/03/2023. We now having to resort to laying a charge of theft. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I've order and pay for solar charge controller R1700 was supposed to receive in 2-3 weeks later it was 4 then 5weeks nothing.
I report deal hub as crooks and skelms. Tel people not to buy from them
8 weaks later this morning Baffalo send me a Email I will receive my item in 48 hours.

Appalling service. I will never recommend them to my customers or friends. Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. DH21131 order placed in Nov 22 with the promise of 7-15 days delivery. Did not arrive for two months. When it did arrive it was the wrong size. Sent pictures as requested but heard nothing back. Its two weeks now.

Deal-hub.co.za deserves less than "1 star", as in like "0 stars"!!! I placed an order on the 30th of December 2022. It's now the 8th of February 2023. I'm still waiting! Whenever I send an email, I always get a vague reply about a week later, informing me "shipping being updated". This is meaningless because it DOES NOT clearly state at what stage of shipment my product is. Calling them is similarly fruitless. At some point I wanted to cancel the order because I'm not getting what I paid for and it's increasingly frustrating dealing with them. I was then told that I would incur costs for the cancellation. It boggles my mind. I'm honestly hopeless and helpless 😣.

Deal Hub is a bunch of thieves. We paid for a prduct and had to wait for 5 months to hear anything from them. Only after many threats and cancelling the order we finally receive a notification from the shipment company. We h are still waiting for our money to be refunded. The so-called manager is always in meetings, too busy to attend to customer queries. They send emails making empty promises which they have no intention of honouring.

We have decided to take the legal route. We will make all the noise about these scammers on every social media platform to warn the public about doing business with these thieves and robbers!

The worst online shop ever I order a food grinder did not received it and they also did not answer calls . According to website they has an office in SA. NO RESPOND at all. Stay away dont even look at them.

As said by many before, Placed an order and have not recieved a word, nor tracking number, nothing they now they playing dead.

Warning - DO NOT ORDER FROM Deal Hub! If you are lucky enough to be reading this before placing an order, do yourself a favour and get your items somewhere else. I have been waiting for 2 months and I simply can't get hold of them to get my money back. They are no longer replying to my emails and the phones lines (when they work) go to voicemail.
They are NOT a reputable site and they really need to come with a warning - "do not expect your order any time soon." The question now is, will I ever receive my order?
Also - you should really be allowed to give companies a ZERO rating on this site.

Placed and order on 24/07/22 I have sent numerous mails and phone calls, but have still not received my order.

Avoid any purchases with this company. You might as well buy directly from Wish.com because their delivery time is exactly the same and their suppliers are the same but wish.com is much cheaper. If you are willing to wait 4 - 6 months on your item then go for it. They don't also do refunds.

I ordered an item for my son for Christmas, after one month no tracking number or item has been received. Won't do business again as I see a lot of complaints about the company on the internet. I will report the company to Hello Peter next if I don't receive item or money back.

Delivery of my order is long overdue. When I queried this I received a standard "we will respond to your query within 24 to 48 hours" response. No response ever came and my 3 follow up emails are simply ignored. A warning to those wanting to buy online NOT to use Deal-Hub or RARU.

I wish I had read reviews on Deal Hub before I placed my order! I placed an order on the 16th October 2022 ref:DH19796, it hasn't arrived yet and I have not received a tracking number. When I try to follow up with an enquiry about my order I get NOTHING!
I have emailed them multiple times to cancel my order, I simply don't need the item any more, I sourced it elsewhere and had it delivered in five days.
I have requested a full refund of my R1,938.05 which the ignore! Can anyone suggest a course of action?my email is andrewsteer2021@ icloud.com.

SO BAD!!!! I ordered an item on the 11th August 2022, immediately saw that the item was the wrong size so I called and cancelled immediately, was told no problem and that it would take 5-7 working days, It is now the 17 November 2022 and I have done many emails, calls, followups and still havent received my refund. These guy's should be taken down and their doors shut, they pretty much robbing people.

I've ordered a product and still have had no response from them or anything. They have stolen yet again

Deal-Hub.co.za...Terrible experience! Ordered something on October 17. Has not even been shipped by November 8. Am not aloud to cancel order even though it is tremendously delayed and who knows when or if to will be shipped and arrive ever.

The worst! Placed an order in August. Now in November and I still do not have the product. They don't respond to emails and the manager is always busy when you phone

i think i been scammed i regret doing business with you guys never again. fully of promises but never deliver .stay away from this guys cant be trusted
