Worst service and worst delivery ever!
I will not advise anyone to ever buy from them.
At order checkout it said 7 - 15 working days for delivery.
I had to fight with them for 3months to receive my parcel!
When I received my order, half of my items were not in the parcel and missing.

Can't even imagine when I will ever receive a refund!

It took longer than 50 days ( using the express shipping option for which I paid ) to get the incorrect item to me,

“Customer Service” has no interest in helping me. Struggling to get a refund - i have no intention of waiting another 50 days.

Will never use them again and will strongly advise against anyone else using them.

Black Education Upgrading is an NPO helping disadvantaged children and disabled. We paid for our Sony 4 slots camera battery charger even today ,we still waiting only promises.Never ever deal with this company. Complete scam. Have been promising to deliver our item for months since April now it is July, after constantly trying to contact them. Promise after promise to no avail.Aparently this company is targeting black people at large.As an EFF affiliate member will not let this company to run away with the money from the poor and needy school children.

I have been waiting for a refund for months and although they have undertaken to pay me back, I get the run around, got consumer protection involved and even they advised I start Legal action, I have traced registered company owners and tracing their addresses, starting legal action with expenses.

I have place a order online with deal hub , a month later no delivery, I mailed them with no reply, Just took payment with no delivery, bunch of scammers. Order DH27509

Never ever deal with this company. Complete scam. Have been promising to deliver my item for weeks now after constantly trying to contact them. Promise after promise to no avail. Even if I do eventually receive my order 🙏. I will never 👎 order from them again. It’s absolutely nerve wracking ☹️

My company ordered sewing thread from Deal Hub months ago when the item was advertised in stock. Since then we have had excuse after excuse as to why its delayed and that's when we have been lucky enough to obtain a response. I do not recommend using this company unless you're happy being robbed. Staff are incapable of providing simple updates, tracking they send does not work, full of excuses.

This is an appalling company and all are advised AGAINST USING DEAL HUB. Twice I ordered the same part. The first time it was never delivered and Buffalo Couriers, their incompetent courier company seem to have delivered my goods to the wrong address...completely different to that on the order form. The second time, after 5 weeks waiting, they have still not delivered despite very clear delivery instructions given with the order. Deal Hub now owe me for two items undelivered...

I ordered an item but when I received it it was not what I expected. I tried to return this item. Over a period of 7 months-All I get is the run around. Now I am ghosted. Don't expect service.
Worst service ever experienced.

I purchased macro extension tubes at the beginning of the year. I did not receive the Item that I ordered. What was delivered does not fit my camera!
I have been battling ever since to have this item exchanged or to have my money refunded.

A terrible experience - I WOULD NOT RECOMEND DEAL HUB TO ANYONE.

Absolutely disgusting service - 2 1/2 months and no sign of the item we bought.
No offer of a refund either!
Their so called tracking service doesn’t work!
They respond with empty promises.

Worst online shop to do business with. They do not deserve a single star and should be shut down. I ordered an item in August 2022 and it only arrived in November 2022. The item is faulty and does not work at all. The promised replacement never arrived and my subsequent request for a refund has not been actioned. I have now approached the Consumer goods and services ombudsman for assistance.
Update - 23 May 2023. The Consumer goods and service ombudsman closed the case due to no co-operation from Deal Hub. A total waste of time and effort. It appears that Deal Hub knows that they get away with taking people's money as there is no recourse. Deal Hub had the audacity to forward their notification email from the ombudsman to me.

They are scam. I placed an order on 9 March for a spice grinder at R1511. It is now 3 May and despite many emails with their so called support area, the item has still not shipped, and they refuse to refund me.

I ordered from dealhub,co.za. Two weeks after I place the order I got an email stating that my order is confirmed. 2 WEEKS! I tried sending them emails to which they did not respond. I eventually got hold of them via phone after 3 weeks and they could not tell me if I will receive my order.
I realized that they take orders and money and then go out and try to find these items. If you are lucky they do and you might receive something. If not then they just hope you go away.

I ordered and paid for good early March 2023 and am still waiting for delivery. All I get is empty promises on following up - complete waste of money.

Absolute the worst company on the net can’t get updates ,I ordered an item hasn’t arrived . I honestly believe the company doesn’t exist and it’s a pure scam . I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy . That’s my 2 cents

Ordered HT-1202 Digital PH Meter with ATC Water PH Test Meter with 0-14 Ph Measure Range High Accuracy 0.01 PH Pen Tester × 2 Order REF: DH20571 on 10th November 2022 - they stated these were in stock! After many weeks of emails I had to cancel and buy elsewhere. They stated they would charge handling fees - why they don't have stock, they lied about everything (I have proof on emails) and I am still awaiting any refund to date. They don't answer the phone and now no response whatsoever!
