My experience with Deal Mates was a good one. Plus, when l could not find a connection with the tracking number Deal Mates stepped in and did a follow up and sorted things out. It was over the Christmas break when l bought my item and still it arrived on time. I love the Toilet Paper Holder with Storage, Freestanding Cabinet, Toilet Brush Holder and Toilet Paper Dispenser 20x100x18 cm the only thing l can say is that it needs to be secured to the wall as it is not very stable as freestanding. Once l secured the item to the wall l found it to be perfect and looks great. Thanks Deal Mate

this is a fraud
this is a fraud, scam. I paid to purchase a matress topper and they sent an email saying that I was flagged as a fraud and required me to provide address and ID as a proof of the order while they already got my money. How can a buyer a fraud when they already paid money? When I contacted them the first time to ask for a confirmation of order, they said only when the transaction went through. When the payment cleared on my bank, I didn't get the product so emailed them and they replied like this: their original message:
"your order has not been processed as the order has been flagged as fraudulent.
Could you please share a proof of address with your ID so we can process the order.
If not we will process a full refund with out processing the order"
Even though they had an ABN but they are fraud. Be cautious everyone. All the 5 stars rating are fake.

Unfortunately, your order was flagged as fraudulent by the payment portal and we do not process such orders to protect our customers from increasingly sophisticated online scams. This usually occurs with stolen credit cards. It is good that the payment portals have taken safety measures to reduce such scams. Unfortunately on some occasions, orders may be flagged as fraudulent incorrectly and hence we request customers to verify ID to prior to processing the order. Usually, genuine customers provide ID and assist with the process. On this occasion we have not received ID verification hence we processed a full refund without fulfilling the order.

Due to the size and nature of the product it had to be dispatched using 2 courier companies. When dispatched we sent you 2 tracking numbers with separate links for each tracking number.
