Bad quality product
Quick delivery but the product itself is bad quality. It must have been returned previously because some of the nuts to the draws were still in some of the wood. Pretty disappointment with it.

I only received 1 part of my order…
I only received 1 part of my order there is no way to contact Deal Mates to inquire about anything luckily the seller included their card in the parcel so I could contact them directly and they sorted it for me.
I will not use Deal mates again.

We received your order on the 26th of July and sent you an order confirmation on the same day the order was placed.
We dispatched the order on the 27th of July as per our next-day dispatch promise and delivered the product on the 02nd Aug.
DealMates do have a support email that you can find through the website and get in touch any time of the day.
In our view, we have provided an extremely efficient service in delivering a product to you within 4 working days amidst significant logistic challenges.

We placed an order which we found out has 2 packages to it.The first arrived just over a week ago and are still waiting for the 2nd package.I understand there are delayed delivery times for whatever reasons but are let down waiting for the 2nd package.

Purchased the Glacio 90L portable fridge for my vehicle which had a slight whistle from the compressor, Ishini and the team were excellent to deal with and replaced with a new fridge very quickly and without fuss and even paid for the return freight. New fridge works great and very happy with my purchase and the support from DealMates

Had a fridge that stopped working 6 months after purchase. The customer service and support was excellent. Got a full refund after providing the required information in a few days. Very impressed with Ishini and Dealmates, would definitely recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Very disappointed with my purchase and the customer service I received which was 'zero response'. I contacted them as the lounge chairs I purchased both broke the first time someone lay on them, i.e. the bars bent. These people were no heavier than 65kg. They completely ignored my complaint emails. If they see this & contact me and this gets resolved I will update this review.
