Finance department is LACKING
I bought a chair for my boyfriend on June 2. We waited weeks, reached out, and guess what? The chair is out of stock so they have to refund me. That was probably late June, and he has sent multiple emails to them. They said they'd send the refund and that they'd do it in order from obviously oldest to newest, but a whole month for a refund is absolutely insane. I have already bought another chair for my boyfriend and it arrived in 3 days... shocker.

Another week has passed and still no…
Another week has passed and still no response regarding my refund that was approved by Customer Service on June 4th. To my surprise I realize I never received the refund to my bank account without any context. Many follow ups led me to my situation being referred to the Finance department in the beginning of July. More follow ups and there is still no update. I have asked several times for proof of transferring the funds which they can't provide because they haven't actually tried to refund me. As an EU customer, the full refund should have been provided weeks ago.

Extremely poor customer service and no refund after two months
I placed an order on May 10 and never received the items. After repeated follow-ups, I was told the package had been lost and a replacement would be sent—which never arrived either. I eventually asked to cancel the order and was promised a refund.
It is now two months later, and despite being told multiple times that my refund is being processed, I have still not received it. To make matters worse, the phone number they provide is not in service, making it impossible to speak to anyone directly.
I’ve contacted customer service repeatedly with no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
29/7 UPDATE: I still have not received my refund and have not been able to get in contact with anyone to help.

Scam.
Just like others write, they will delay the delivery with various excuses and investigations until you get fed up and request a refund. Then they hand it over to the "finance department" for handling and continue to delay. Then they blame technical problems. You will never see either your item or your money again.
What's worse is that Klarna actively contributes to this by also delaying the investigation and refund for months on end.

On 11-May-2025, I ordered an office chair and an electric desk. My credit card was charged on 13-May-2025. The chair was only received on 26-May-2025 (despite 5 business days of delivery being announced), and one of the parts was wrong, which prevented the chair from assembling. The correct part was received on 04-Jun-2025, and the chair was assembled, but it is not good and can't be used for working, as the high back and head support are too far from the ergonomic position.
The electric desk was never delivered. Various emails to Customer Service were sent, and on 02-Jun-2025, I was finally informed that the shipment was lost in the postal handling and the item ran out of stock, so Dealproffsen couldn't even provide me with another item.
After so much trouble and communication exchange with Dealproffsen, I only want to be refunded and forget this company.
Let's see how long it will take them to process and make the refund! That is the next chapter of my battle with them.
I've lost one month of my time and stress, which I deeply regret.

Not Trustworthy company
I did buy from this company massage recliner. I did pay for product and Express delivery. They promised to deliver 3-6 working days.But this product has not reached me.Also I haven’t get back my money 7589.-NOK
I have been contacted the customer support over the 1,5 months every week but that hasn’t helped me.Their customer service is completely useless.I have been trying to find out from them why I haven't been refunded my money or when it will be refunded to me?I haven't succeeded yet.To be honest, I feel like I'm talking to a robot.Their interest in resolving this is 0. They have repeatedly promised to notify me, but it has never happened.
This is my worst experience buying online, 1.5 months of headaches and a waste of time.

Avoid at all costs – scam-like behavior
I placed an order for an office chair on April 11, 2025 (Order #127429) and paid via Klarna. After more than two months, I have received nothing. No product, no reply to emails, no sign of life.
The company completely ignores all messages. I even sent a final demand – no response. Klarna is currently reviewing the case. I have also reported Dealproffsen to Swedish consumer authorities for fraud-like behavior.
Avoid this company. They should not be allowed to continue operating.

My son ordered a gaming chair. We didn't receive any info afterwards. No tracking number no sending info. When we try to contact they don't respond at all. Does someone know if we can call them? It seems they take money but never deliver a product. I've got a very bad feeling about this company.
