I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. Rebecca the pharmacist manager stood out for her sheer competence, professionalism and high standards - thank you to her and the team.

I got Microsuction on both ears and Claudia was fantastic. Very friendly and professional and because it was a bit sore and she couldn't get all the wax out, she got me to use olive oil spray for another week and then got me back free of charge to finish it once the wax was easier to remove. In the Easter rd shop there was was even space in the consultation room for me to bring my twins in the double buggy which was so helpful.

Visited the Easter Road shop for a test the day before flying to USA. First class service. Fast, efficient and thorough. Claudia was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I wanted to take the time to write a proper review and show my huge thanks and support in gratitude for working with one of your managers, Claudia at the Easter Rd. Dears pharmacy in Edinburgh. I am a scientist in the renewable energy industry with a focus on geothermal solutions. I had to travel to Scotland for meetings before and after the COP 26 gathering. It was an enormously difficult task, made possible only by the quick wit and generous attention to detail that Claudia provided me. Not only did she assist me on short notice to plan my visit over the telephone from my desk at work in Houston Texas, she also personally administered my test when I arrived in Edinburgh which allowed me to work Covid-free in the country, and also plan my travel home. To this day I think of her as probably the nicest person I know in Edinburgh. Her recommendations for food were also valuable. I have every faith that she can continue to lead your organization to great heights. I wish I could tell her this personally again, and also let you know that our meetings were very successful and it was thanks to her. Best wishes and happy new year to all of your staff. The pandemic and global warming both are enormous challenges. But together we are solving them.

Claudia was lovely. We came in for family COVID testing before our flight--she was lovely with the kids and efficient. She kindly printed our results for us as well.

We had a really positive experience with all the staff at Easter Road pharmacy. Claudia did our PCR tests and she was excellent. She put us at ease about the test and was professional, kind and friendly.

Service was perfect and employees were kind and helpful.

Claudia was great and worked super hard despite the large number of people waiting for tests and the store being very busy, as well as her being the only one working and administering COVID tests. She did a wonderful job handling a very stressful situation and everyone in my group was able to get our tests done successfully thanks to her.

My husband and I went in as walk-ins for tests to fly back home and they were really nice, especially Claudia, who took the time to help us understand some things about the tests and forms. The neighborhood is also worth looking at to get away from the touristy part of town.

My experience taking my Day 2 PCR test was great. Claudia was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacy staff tended to customers promptly despite the lunch hour rush.

It's was really late and I needed a rapid test to be back home because rules change. They were really kind and help me specially Claudia, she did really fast job she was gentle and and really nice, she did more than her job, I was super stressed and she also help me to relax.

I’ve been late posting this but I went to Dears Easter Road a couple of weeks ago and the service was great. It’s clear that their regular customer base can be ‘challenging’ and need a great deal of care, and I saw this being dispensed with a huge amount of diligence and patience. They managed to fit me in for a 24 hour PCR test and…. no surprise here as I’ve seen from the other reviews, Claudia was simply awesome. I run a retailer myself and people like her at the sharp end aren’t just employees of your company they are your brand. Please make sure you hold on to her. She’s a keeper.

I got a covid test from Claudia, and she was one of the nicest health care professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! So sweet and caring, as is everyone who works at that pharmacy. Thank you!
