I booked a private flu jab and waited around 20 minutes despite being given a specific appointment time when booking-I do understand delays but unfortunately the person being assisted before me was not wearing a mask (for medical reasons) and I was ushered into this non ventilated room immediately after. It was extremely uncomfortable and not a great experience.

My parents had to do the fit to fly antigen nasal test to go back to Italy and Claudia was very helpful with them. They said she was very gentle with the swab and that it was the best they had so far :)

Claudia was so sweet! The PCR test was quick and painless and she was so nice and cheerful. I had to check my email to confirm I had received my PCR registration and she even gave me a hotspot since my phone wasn't working with the wifi. I will definitely come back to this location since everyone, Claudia and the cashier who helped me with my form, were so kind!

I needed a fit-to-fly Covid test for flying back to the U.S. These requirements can be anxiety provoking as the tests have to be close to the flight time. So it was with great relief that I found that I could easily book an appointment online at the Dears Pharmacy and when I showed up with my sister we got very prompt and friendly service with every step clearly explained. We got a printed version of test results and an email within 15 minutes of the test. The woman who helped us, Claudia, was outstanding! So great to have excellent customer service in such a clinch situation.

We needed Covid tests to travel. Claudia at the pharmacy on Easter Road in Edinburgh got us in and had our documents in great time. She was very nice and professional. Thanks!!

I like to thank Claudia for doing the PCR test for me today. She was very friendly, she made me feel comfortable, she explain the test and did it in a very gentle way. She did her work very efficiently and gave me details about my test, like when I would receive it. She did a great job to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you!

My mum and I blunderingly turned up at the wrong pharmacy for an antigen test. We should have been in Drylaw, not Easter Road. It was entirely my fault, and we could have made it to Drylaw in time, but the staff at Easter Road were superb. The manager called Drylaw and got permission to do the test at Easter Road, Claudia Adams made the time to carry out my mums test, and treated my mother like an old friend. An excellent service, lovely people. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been dealing with recurrent ear problems for a couple of years now, and around three weeks ago I had an episode when suddenly I couldn't hear from one ear due to earwax and some sort of inflammation. Lucky me, I was walking past Dears Pharmacy on Easter Road when I saw a poster announcing they're doing ear checkups. Walked in. I was met with a lovely and friendly staff. They gave me an appointment, and when the time came, Rebecca checked my ear and turned out to be a bit more complicated than what it originally seemed, but she was reassuring and helped with my anxiety. She called me once she heard back from the audiologist and was given a second appointment. In this case, Claudia was there for me. She was so friendly, thoughtful, and reassuring and I immediately felt at ease. She went on with the procedure and it had amazing results! A lot of earwax, dead skin, and debris came out, and I finally can hear again. They really provide a professional, thoughtful, and overall wonderful service.

Very very bad service received. My son went into have an Allergy Test done. We were told results will take approximately 2 weeks. We were waiting anxiously for the results and after 2 weeks phoned the pharmacy to find out when we would receive them. I was told the store Manager Rebecca would chase them up and call me back. Heard nothing back. I called them today Monday 3o August to find out what was happening and was told that the sample had been lost!!! I was asked if my son wanted to come in again to get it re done or whether we wanted a refund! I am so upset for my son as he is in a bad way and was hoping to get some answers, literally counting the days for his results. I’m fuming with the service.

Last Monday, I visited the pharmacy for an Ear Wax Microsuction. The pharmacist was Claudia who gave a clear explanation of what the procedure was going to be about. I was very satisfied with the service and I will come back for some of the other wide range of healthcare services they provide.

I had an otoscopy/wax removed at the pharmacy on 27th July, very successfully, by Claudia and one of your pharmacists. The girls were very kind, thoughtful and professional. I have already recommended the procedure and Dears to some of my friends. Well done to the girls concerned. Thank you.

I visited the branch at Easter Road in Edinburgh and was dealt with by Claudia and Lucy.

First class very friendly service for ear wax suctioning. They explained the process and procedure step by step and they made you feel very reassured.

I would recommend them for this service if you cannot wait for an NHS appointment.

Got the Covid Fit to Fly PCR Test - quick and easy, Claudia was excellent!

First class service and very helpful staff in the Dears Pharmacy, Easter Road.
My mother and I thought we had booked our Fit to Fly COVID tests online, but for some reason the booking system hadn't logged our 2 appointments.
However, when we arrived at the pharmacy, the staff were so accommodating and managed to get the tests done, with the results emailed back to us overnight.

I booked a vaccine appoitment and via the website for the 4th of March and I was never contacted about it
