Very disappointing
The most important thing for me was communication. From the start, John has answered any and all questions about the debt relief process. And the results came quickly too! I would recommend PBM to anyone who could use assistance on debt burden.
My advice to anyone concerning student financial loans is to not opt for private student loans. They are a nightmare. The borrowing institution is not helpful at all. Pacific Business Management was the only debt relief group that was willing to help me. They gave me a light at the end of the tunnel. The staff there is quite knowledgeable. I learned a lot speaking to them. I would recommend anyone to this group. While other debt relief groups turned their backs on me, Pacific Business Management was more than willing to help me out of a very stressful situation.
I recommend this company to anyone who want to free themselves faster in student loans and depth. John Sandoval helped me out with everything And answered all my questions. Very helpful staff and good customer service. I rate them 5 stars. And I will definitely tell others about this company :)
"I was refereed to call Pacific Business Management. When I called the representative who answered the phone he explained how the program worked in such a way that I could understood. He answered every single question and concern that I had. He even gave me his direct toll free number to call him if I had any questions or concerns about Anything !!! They sent me a welcome packet after I enrolled with easy step by step instructions of what to expect while in there debt relief program. Once they had some money in my special savings trust account a Team of negotiators went to work. So as of today 3 of my private student loans debts have been eliminated and I only have one outstanding debt left. I could not be any happier with the services offered by Pacific Business Management.
