My order was automatically split in 5 packages and was costing together more than 300 SEK. The ordering system was really buggy. It reset several times. It couldn't find the delivery points. I spent 20 min finishing the order by trial and error. The delivery of all items took forever. Very bad and expensive experience!

Great: assortment, price, quality (relative to price), delivery time, return policy. All attractive!
Less great: sizes (example: a size 10 glove translates to 3XL in Decathlon lingo so if you’re from Northern Europe add two-three sizes to fit into the clothes), difficulty of navigating and sorting (there are about 4,512 different sports, but please just show me the frigging outdoor boots… also various colours are shown as different items. So instead of 9 different glove types on one page you’ll find 47 colour combinations over four pages). Search engine needs some serious improvement (the number of hits is just massive, and relevance isn’t really top). Finally it seems there’s a significant over-estimation of the percentage of goods used in sports (I mean, how many of the trekking coats are not mainly used for commuting to school or work? Decathlon should focus on those users, too, and add a normal inside breast pocket…). All in all, as sometimes with low price options: if you’re prepared to invest some of your time you’ll probably be satisfied with your final choice.

Problems with delivery system and incongruous between online and email. Online it said it was delivered but in the shop my order was not present there yet…therefore, it made me lose a lot of time. Once the email arrived the order was ready to pick-up.

Hats of to decathlon Sweden customer service for being so accommodating and true to their words with regards to warranty of their products even if it was bough from another country they still helped me with my problem.

I ve ordered the pair of Salomon trekking shoes in the end of August and still have nothing !

Very good price/quality relationship, a lot of variety and transparency about the properties and uses of their products

I was trying to test barefoot shoes without crippling my finances, in case it won't work for me, so I was happy to see these sandals at a price I could afford to lose.
It was one of the best decisions, and I wore them all summer of 2021, all the way till it was too cold for sandals. It helped me accommodate and train my feet muscle for my barefoot shoes journey, and this year my husband is giving them a go as well. The weather is getting better, which is nice because I can't wait to wear them again.
They're comfortable and very light. They aren't party sandals as you can easily see, but at this point in life I no longer care about colours and such. They make my walking easier, and I'm very grateful for that. Maybe I should order a few more pairs for myself, just in case the world runs out of Forclaz sandals.

Very good shop. Best quality for price. A lot of choice in all sports. Not only foot tennis and basket, like all the other shops. We want a shop in Gothenburg!!

Great quality and price and wide range of products on the website. I always find what I need be it for my training, for my kid's outdoor activities, or vacation stuff. Totally recommend.

I love Decathlon. Excellent prices for sports items that are durable and give you a great value for the price . Refrain yourself from buying top of the line brands if you are just beginning in a sport ir your child is exploring one . This is a no brainer ! ( and, you can also find top brands there if you wish!).

I have got wrong product delivered. I have ordered bench but got chest press. I have already assembled the product and it had alots of heavier parts and will be hard reassemble it properly. I am also not sure how I pack it properly to send it back. I didn’t expect this kind of unprofessional attitude. Decathlon should be more careful when sending this kind of heavier products

I have been buying Decathlon for quite a few years now, since before moving to Sweden.
Their basic products are OK quality and reliable, while their top of the line stuff is very good, even compared to big names, but still at a good price.
Somehow, they are not big at all in this country, which means that you will not see everyone else wearing the same shoes, jackets, shorts, fleece, gloves, backpack, beanie hat, etc. as you. It matters to some :)

I tried two times to order and both times the package got damaged on the transport and could not be delivered.

Quite slow dispatch this time. Otherwise I’m happy.

Ordered some camping equipment on 16th June, as these items were not in stock locally. The items didn't get shipped until 22nd June (despite the estimated arrival date being 22-24) and did not arrive until 29th June. Upon arrival I noticed that the sleeping bag (somewhat essential!!) was missing from the order. I immediately contacted customer service who told me it was a mistake on their part and a new one would be sent out. Overall it took about 3 weeks to get everything, delaying our camping trip. I don't really understand why they missed off the biggest + most expensive part of the order, nor why it took so long from ordering to shipping.
Am disappointed with the service overall and would be cautious ordering online again!!!
