The Decathlon sizes are small
The Decathlon sizes are small, which I know. Although the on-line instructions told me to have L, I chose XL for the jacket (as I’m 197 cm tall) which I’m very satisfied with. Probably I should have done the same things for the pants, which I didn’t do.
The Swedish mail distributor PostNord never informed me about the delivery, so I almost missed the pick-up.

My favourite outdoor equipment store
Decathlon has been my favourite outdoor equipent store for years in Italy. Since I moved to Sweden, I have often bought on decathlon.se (camping equipment, clothing accessories) and I have always been satisfied. Good quality at low prices.

Everything was ok. I only wish that decathlon had all the t-shirts I ordered. I ended up getting three out of four shirts I ordered. Maybe, information about the fact that you are running out of these items would be helpful.

Unreliable stock information. Poor customer service
After several days, I received no information about the status of my bike order. I contacted Decathlon and was told there was a mistake and the bike I had paid for was not in stock so they would have to cancel my order. I suggested I would be happy to wait until the bike became available (they did not think to suggest this before telling me to cancel the order). After 2 weeks, the bike was delivered.
