Order never arrived

Bought a coupon on Living social. Ordered name labels. Haven’t received after a month. Contacted them and it was a tech issue in the system, so they said they will send me my order as soon as possible. I’ve got an email they dispatched it, but never received my order. Initial order made in August. Contacted them about not received order after a month of waiting. Support replied that they are working on it. And more than a month nobody replied. Maybe my case is unique and it never happens with this company, but I wasted 12€. And didn’t get name labels for my kid for school. Wouldn’t order again

Terrible company

Terrible company, falsely advertised the cost of postage, took over two weeks for "express" delivery, the quality of the print on the labels is terrible, almost unusable and when got contact them for help their completely avoid what your asking

AVIOD THIS COMPANY!

AVIOD THIS COMPANY!! Ordered via Groupon because the deal was good. What I received was absolutely diabolical, looked nothing like the advertisement and the quality is shocking. No reply to any of my emails so now I’m escalating with Groupon for a refund.

Absolutely worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered from them through living social, both me and them have been trying to contact them but they won’t answer any emails it’s going on since 30 Oct it’s now 19th nov. My item I paid for never arrived

iron on labels.. do not buy

Bought a wowcher voucher for iron on labels. On wowcher free delivery was advertised as free but then got charged £8 for one small envelope with a piece of paper in. Labels are not the best quality at all and definitely not worth the advertised £16 on the website. Also took nearly a month to arrive when advertised 1-3 working days. Do not buy from this company!

Not a great company in my opinion

Not a great company in my opinion, item arrived damaged, spoke to Decomatters and they agreed to resend it but it never came and many emails were ignored since. Read the reviews guys I didn't and I regret it.

Deco Matters I don’t even want to give one star

I don’t even want to give one star. Bought a Wowcher deal for 3 canvass prints - rrp £139.99 (apparently!) What I got were SO bad - if I hadn’t known who was in the pictures, I couldn’t tell as they were terribly pixilated. Took photos and sent them with an email asking if they can honestly say they would have been even slightly happy if they received them and I wanted my money back. All I got was ‘we did what we could and this is the best we could do’. I’ve bought many canvas prints from more reputable companies for years and when I once sent a photo which wasn’t hi resolution enough, they told me… they didn’t produce a totally unacceptable load of rubbish and took the money and run. Zero customer service - PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I found Deco Matters very helpful

I found Deco Matters very helpful, they replied to every email I sent for support and my canvas arrived within a week of placing my order. I was thrilled at the quality of my purchase. I would have given 5 stars but felt that their website could be better, eg. add a My Orders button!

don't buy from this deco matters ever -- i bought 2 sets of vouchers for kids labels through wowcher at the the start of august and I still have have not received them i have emailed deco matters twice & wowcher once & have got no replies from either of them -- total & utter scam

AVOID purchasing ANYTHING from this terrible company.Customer service is shocking , as is the time it takes them to send items.
I purchased a canvas of our wedding picture which took nearly 2 weeks to arrive.No updates on when it would arrive or replies to emails.
When the canvas did arrive , its really blurry.Their excuse when i emailed to say so , was that the picture was not high resolution , yet it was original sent to me from the professional photographer!
So glad i bought a voucher towards this through WOWCHER , and not had to pay the full price.
Yet this so called company wont do nothing or refund.
To even send a canvas with such poor quality is shocking!

Don’t buy from this company!

Don’t buy from this company!! Their time wasters! Ordered a banner for my daughter’s birthday, wasn’t even given an option to customise it with her name and age. Her birthday has now been and gone, and I’m still yet to receive a banner. Their customer service is useless! Avoid avoid avoid!! Absolute time wasters and money grabbers!!!

Terrible company and service

Terrible company and service. Ordered a plaque for my husband in may. Chased this in June. Eventually received my order at the end of June but it wasn't what I ordered. Since then I have emailed several times and this has not been resolved. No response from most recent emails. Wish I had read the terrible reviews. Money spent and not received what I ordered and doesn't look like this will ever be resolved. Terrible customer service.

Don't buy from this company!

I placed 2 orders on 24th & 25th of August for name labels for my daughter. Now nearly month later I still haven't received my orders. Absolutely unreliable company to deal with. I wish I read the reviews on here before placing my orders. They don't reply to emails, and their automated chat to track my order doesn't reply at all. Looks like they have scammed me. Living social should take some responsibility as they are the ones selling vouchers for this company. So dissapointing.

Charged £12 postage

I had 2 vouchers from Groupon and had to use them separately and pay £6 p&p however they then sent the items together so in total I was charged £12 postage for one delivery.
