DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered on 10th August still no order, no reply to emails, no update.

Do not used. Don’t answer emails. Brought off Wowcher. Said delivered on Wowcher but not delivered to my address if was sent in first place. Don’t respond. Was a personalised face cushion for a terminally ill child

Tried to buy a personalised spoon from decomatters through Wowcher but wouldn’t except. Voucher code Wowcher has tried twice to resolve this but they haven’t responded , would never use again and certainly wouldn’t recommend

I got a voucher off living social for personalised kids’ name sticker labels. The quality is unbelievably poor, the stickers don’t stick anywhere! Also, the delivery was extremely long, I tried to contact their support team to track progress, but I would get stuck in loops with their bot.

Bought 3 separate door signs. All the numerals have disintegrated/come off within a year.

Did not receive photo cushion I ordered for my Dad's funeral.
Ordered end of May and they say delivered but was not received.

I have sent many many Emails requesting a refund but no reply.

I will not be using Wowcher again.....I am sure I had trouble with them in the past but fell.for it again.

Bought 3 vouchers off Wowcher, you have to pay an extra £6.99 post and package per canvas even though they were sent together. The 1 canvas was fine but the second was very blurry, I contacted them and I was told the photo was not high resolution and that's why the canvas was of such poor quality. I asked why they didn't contact me to advise this would be the case before making such a poor quality canvas and I would of provided a better photo. Once you give you money to Wowcher I suppose they don't care what rubbish they send out because they already have your money.

I have had to give one star because it’s very deceptive.

I bought a wocher deal five times for like £7.50 each. I then had to place the order with deco matters who then wanted £7.50 delivery for each item. I emailed and said the five plaques were to be delivered to my address and if they send them together please can they refund some postage.

They sent all five plaques in one box and sent using Evri (who were cheap) but I was still charged five payments of £7.99 so I payed £39.95 for a delivery that cost no more than like £5.

I then emailed and asked if the company could make a custom order of just an arrow but in the same style as the original but got no reply

DO NOT use this company. I never received a personalised map for my grandson's birthday. Feeble excuses for five weeks and then they stopped communicating altogether. Abysmal!

Ordered off wowcher. Then read the reviews so regretted not checking first. However arrived within the ten day dispatch. Excellent quality. Excellent price. Three 14inch canvas for £15 plus delivery £8.99. Have another 3 ordered which I’m now looking forward to receiving.
Only received the initial confirmation order from decomatters. No dispatch notification. But relieved they have arrived and they are beautiful

2nd part of my order another three canvases arrived on the tenth working delivery day after I had reported it missing the day before. Looks like it was dispatched after I complained. Again no notification of dispatch or delivery tracking provided. But the canvases are beautiful and great quality.
Ensure you allow two weeks for the 10 working days delivery

I bought a living social voucher for a door plaque .The service was brutal .I sent a load of emails and correspondence very poor .

What a wonderful company this is the customer services was so quick with responding to my email and I received my canvases the very next day .They are perfect and I'd highly recommend this company

Absolutely disgusting that these people are on trusted sites like wowcher take your money pay delivery and never get the item! My order has not even went past order received in over 4/5 weeks. Contacted them and they told me it would be processed the email sent was written in poor english! Have contacted wowcher who have also been trying to contact them!! Wowcher offered a refund but this was a gift for someone i am fuming!

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 7 weeks ago and still nothing. I've contacted them several times and no reply. Joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would give zero stars if possible. Awful service. Bought a groupon for this company, placed order, nearly 2 weeks on no item received. Contacted them (no phone number just a Gmail address) reply received. Item arrived next day.

Did another order via groupon, same thing, 2 weeks no item. Email them. Fet a rely saying it will be dispatched. 6 days later, nothing. Had to put in a claim to both groupon & paypal for refund.

Avoid like the plague!!

check what you are buying , i ordered 2 banners personalized for 18th birthday
what came was 2 printed out sheets of paper which i could of done at home . also charged 2 delivery fees of £2.99 each when they came in same envelope that cost £1.40 as stated on envelope
these are not suitable for anything apart from the bin as they are rolled up pieces of paper , how i'm expected to use these is beyond me !!!! do not use this supplier

Brought off Wowcher without reading the reviews! Been 2 weeks since I placed my order and they have yet to contact me so I contacted them and like others, didn't have my details. Asked for a full refund. £8 for shipping and not received or acknowledged anything by customer service. Terrible service and will be contacting Wowcher for a refund.

Dreadful service. Order was late so when queried the delivery date they said I hadn’t given the print details (it was visible on my order confirmation). Item was then ‘expressed shipped’ and arrived damage. I emailed them the day it was received (5/3/24) and have just been ignored. Poor quality, dreadful customer services, avoid and just throw your cash out the door!

This is a sham company - avoid at all costs. Bought wowcher codes, they didn't confirm my order for a canvas, said it hadn't uploaded, weeks went by, still no confirmation, finally ask them to cancel it and refund me the shipping - no refund received, now had emails saying my order being processed so they likely don't have to refund the wowcher voucher. No help from wowcher either. Just awful. 0 stars - avoid.
