If anyone has paid by card and is within the charge back timescale, contact your card provider. This should help you get your money back.

Awful experience, they were very quick to take my money (over £30), I was told my mirror had been dispatched / then delayed but I never received it. Now it looks as they’re no longer in business. I can bet my bottom dollar they’ll be starting up with a different name! 😡

Avoid this company, I wish I’d checked their reviews on here before placing my order. I ordered a painting on September 25th, order number 46967, I got an update to say it was shipped on October 2nd but received no tracking number. I’ve tried to email and the emails just bounce back and when you phone it says the phones busy and ring between 9-5, that’s useless as you could phone 10 times a day with the same message. At this stage id take a refund, I’m not going to let this go, I will go further with this issue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY……..Order made on the 8th of sept for wall art worth €330 , received conformation of the order, received updates on it being worked on, then nothing for a few weeks, until I sent a mail, then received a e-mail saying the product was damaged and the warehouse should have contacted me to say they were waiting on a replacement and it should be with me in a week, that week came and went, sent more emails, then received a sent a mail to cancel, and I had then received an update that it was dispatched. Without any tracking numbers. Tried to call the phone number or use the refund e-mail without any success. This is when I have found all the reviews from people with similar issues. I had made the payment through PayPal, and I submitted a case with them and in the past few days my refund has been settled with PayPal directly and they are following up with this fraudulent company or individuals taking money without supplying the purchased items. Do not be fooled by their website and false reviews.

The sideboard I ordered on 7th August has just arrived and I'm delighted with it. I have changed my review from 2 stars t 5 because Philip at Decor Interiors managed to come good on my order despite their current difficulties. This is not a SCAM organisation it's a family run business that has had to close due to financial losses. There is a full explanation on their website. I would urge anyone who is still waiting for their purchases or a refund to contact Philip at the email address given in their closure announcement.

So annoyed. Placed an order on 30th September. Received a dispatch email on the 6th October but no tracking information with this. Started to get a bit suspicious and when I try to call the phone is always engaged and my emails haven’t been responded to. Wish I had of checked reviews before ordering. Crooks!

Ordered paint weeks ago..never arrived! Phone them , you just get busy phone back between 9 and 5 ...obviously now I know the company no longer exists but are still trading on line ....it's an expensive website so they are literally stealing hundreds of thousands! Every day it looks like people are still buying goods..terrible thieves who are getting away with this!

Placed order for a mirror. 3 weeks went by no communication then an email claiming there system was down and so needed my order number again. I replied asking when my item was likely to be dispatched……radio silence on their behalf. No emails no picking up the phone. In the end I had to report them to NatWest bank as fraud. I received my money back but then got a generic email from them stating that my item had been now posted. To this day NO ITEM!! Disgusting and disgraceful.

I’ve ordered quite a lot of paint and although it said dispatched, there’s no tracking available and I’ve written twice to ask where it is and no response after one week.
Anyone know if I can claim a refund via shopify who I paid with?
If I can’t get in contact with them, I will need to order elsewhere. So odd that their customer service is so bad.

Stay clear of this company they look legit but have gone from the premises.they are taking people's money and running with it letting u buy from there website.i was scammed from my money no record of shipping no reply they have scammed tons of people stay well clear police have been notified in dublin and Northern ireland.

I ordered a pair of curtains on the 3rd October, they haven't arrived. I have sent emails, rang several times no answer and sent messages. No way of contacting them. After reading the reviews here I realise that I have been done, a scam. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise, how many people have lost their money?

I ordered 2 tins of paint in a hurry and didnt read the reviews beforehand!! Sadly I have no paint the website is down so hopefully no-one else will loose their money. when you are an OAP then every penny counts. I bought through shop verification so thought it was legit. I have learnt my lesson!

Order no. 46990, just read reviews and disappointed to read it looks as though I am one of the many that have been scammed, 2emails and no response, don’t answer their phone, 2nd of October I was advised item in the way, you cannot track the order, fraudulent order. Will be contacting my bank for refund. What is wrong with all these scammer so called made up companies.

Ordered a sideboard for £499.99 on 2nd Sept. ( order no 46632 ) To date, no product and no refund. Like everyone else, there is no response to emails or phone calls .

I have reported this matter online to Newtownabbey PSNI and I have been contacted back today from an officer, who has classified this as Fraud and generated a crime report. I am supplying a statement and supporting evidence.
The officer has asked that others report the matter in order to build up a strong case against the directors and to prevent others going through the same ordeal.

The pair will be tracked down, arrested and interviewed . Hopefully something good will come from this.

does anyone know how to get this company taking down, ive reported them to trading standards twice and nothing seems to happen.

i have now reported to action fraud others should do the same.

Ordered a mirror on the 2nd September. Heard nothing from them until the 2nd October when I got an email saying all orders between x and x had been lost on their system so they are asking to send my order details again. I did this immediately and then got an email saying order is on its way. Been 2 weeks with no tracking number or sign of my order being sent. None of the contact emails work and they do not pick up the phone.
It’s a scam and hoping to get a full refund

My order was placed 3rd Sept. 194.00.
My experience is exactly the same as most others. Emails, telephone.. to no.avail.
I have now referred this to my CC company.
Please do not use this company. They are still advertising.

I ordered a ginger jar 3 weeks ago and after several un answered emails I finally got an email to say it was dispatch a week later still no jar ! They don’t ever reply to emails or answer the phone I’m thinking I’m not going to get the jar so have asked for a refund but still no reply !! Don’t use this company terrible service not sure they are even legit !!!!

Never received my items £504.00 spent. Definitely a scam please don't buy from these people. I have referred the matter to my cc company. Update..they are still at it.. claiming excellent reviews etc. I wonder why Google hasn't taken the adverts down 👎. Shocking 😲 behaviour!

I drove 4 hours from Limerick to Belfast to the store. It's shut down. The locals were very helpful, and said the directors Philip Robert Mahood and Joanne mahood are operating out of a container in Mallusk, however it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack trying to find them. I called to their other store in Newtownabbey, which was also empty. They are still trading online but are actually stealing from people. I went to the PSNI in Newtownabbey to report their crimes. I have investigated further today and I have photographs of Joanne Mahood from her Facebook page. I messaged her on Facebook then she deleted her photograph and changed her name to Jo Mc Connell. I will be contacting the Newtownabbey media tomorrow to report their fraudulent activities. Please everyone, contact the Newtownabbey PSNI....this company cannot continue with theft. It's so upsetting. We need to do something about this. Feel free to message me on Facebook and I can share details of the directors and photographs.
