Placed the order on 09 Sept, not arrived as of 09 Oct.
First excuse was that it was delayed by customs. OK. Then came the email saying the delay to x many customers receiving their goods was due to a server issue losing all our orders. Reshared the info and received notification that our order was on its way. Couple of weeks on, still nothing. No tracking number just the name of the courier. Contacted the courier directly and they have no record of our order/expected receipt of the items/our address logged etc. Thankfully I paid via paypal and raised an issue with them as opposed to going through the drawn out refund process, which others have complained about below. May well be a legit company, but 1 month on it's hard to tell!

I ordered paint 12 days ago, but despite the stated 7-day delivery timeframe, nothing has arrived. The company does not answer the phone and has ignored multiple emails — only one of the three listed email addresses even works.

Given the lack of response, I’ve now had to escalate the matter through my bank. After checking, I’ve seen many other reviews reporting the same issues. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.

I placed an order for a wall clock on 23rd August and had an email few days later to say unfortunately the clock was out of stock and no date from warehouse when it will be back in stock. I requested to cancel the order and to have a full refund on the 27th August. 1st September I had an email to confirm that my order was cancelled and it will be handed over to the returns department to process my refund. It is now the 9th October and still waiting on my refund. I have chased several times via email but no response and now have to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. I would stay away from this company and believe the bad reviews as I wish I did.

Will not reply to emails or phone calls, completely unable to contact. If you buy from this Company you will lose your money. Don't understand how this is allowed to carry on.

Ordered a hanging garden chair in early August and not received. Have sent many emails requesting updates but no response and they never answer the phone! I belive its a scam company and can't understand why they are still allowed to trade! Please avoid so yiu dont lose yiur money

Order a clock on 22nd Dec, never arrived. Sent several emails to no avail. Stay clear of this company.

We are still waiting on a delivery from Sept 5th ORDER & payment [purchase order No. 46692 … No one picking up calls to customer services .. no email with progress or tracking NOTHING
Not happy & am one step away from digging in & contacting company directors & Trading Standards .. Until I someone contacts us then I suggest potential customers approach with caution

This outfit takes money but doesn't deliver, however they will send messages suggesting they are about to ship but with no shipping details. They don't answer emails or calls. Avoid at all costs.

We placed an order on 14/09/25 and still have not received it. I’ve tried contacting Decor Interiors many times by phone and email, but have not received any real response. Each time I email, I only get an automated link to my order page—which is simply the original order confirmation and provides no updates. Phone calls are never answered.
At this point, we would like to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere, but there is no cancellation option on the website and no customer service available to help. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

NO PRODUCT NO REFUND

Ordered 8/9/25 and nothing they don’t reply to emails or the phone - you can ring at 4am and the recorded message says they are on the phone. It looks like they are on the phone all day. I really wish I had looked at reviews first. They are still advertising my product so want people to buy but don’t send it you. This company needs investigating by the police for fraud!

Placed order Sept 4th. When nothing arrived by Sept 25th I sent reminder. Now all my emails to them are being returned and their phones are no longer answered.....
HAVE THEY CLOSED DOWN ???

I've been scammed , paid 14th August , nothing arrived so cancelled the order and no refund ever given . They've given me an email address for their accounts team which is an invalid address

SCAM ARTISTS!!! Ordered 8th September then got 2 'we're still working on your order' emails then apparently it still had to go to 'quality check' then 'dispatch' why it takes so long to put a blanket in a postage bag then post it I'll never know, multiple emails and facebook messages - item never dispatched and never refunded so now having to wait for bank to do a chargeback. Looks like they may have gone bust too as their Facebook page has been taken down since - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

Follow up on previous review: as others have said, the company's reply to customers' complaints is another ruse. This company is a scam and must be reported to Trading Standards and closed down. The goods will never arrive and most likely don't even exist. I cannot believe I have fallen for this. Please if you read this, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company - I spent £150 on bedding back in August that has still not arrived and now nobody is replying to my emails not picking up the phone. They are also not a member of eg ombudsman so there is no way of raising a complaint.

Company has cancelled my order a week ago , never updated my with my refund status and never issued it either.

The way company is asking to give them a call on the phone number provided is just a joke as shop never answers! Reply to my previous review is just to make it look to other people as if they are doing something , but really they are just thieves who are trying to buy some more time.

Do not use this company. I ordered 6 cushions on 20 August at a cost of £142 which did not arrive. I emailed to cancel the order. I have not received a single message nor a refund despite messaging multiple times. I have called the store many times - there is a constant message saying they are on the phone. I am based in ROI. I will shortly be driving to the store and will not leave without a refund. I will call the police if necessary

Do not buy from this company, total blag, you will not get what you paid for

never reply to emails, joe is absolutely terrible! after 4 emails finally get a one sentence reply, no apology.
item ordered, said 4 day delivery, 30days later and still no delivery. they just straight up lie via email.
asked for a refund over 4 times and they just ignore emails.
definitely a scam company 100%, do not buy here, you will all most certainly be disappointed.

they lie about trust pilot reviews on their website, trading standards need to investigate these scammers.

the reply that décor interiors has made to the negative reviews is a lie, they are a scam company do not use, they just take your money.

this is not a system error that has effected a few people, its been going on for months and is just an excuse to cover the fact they have stolen your money
