I absolutely loved the handles I purchased from you. The buying was swift and simple and they arrived quite quickly. The quality is stunning and they look fabulous.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
I placed an order over 2 months ago. I have experienced two main issues.

1. The quality is very poor and looks cheap. I ordered the orchid flowers and vase and coffee table books. My orchid plant was faulty but they refused to do anything about it.
2. They forgot to send my vase in my original order. I contacted them and they said they will send it. So I waited.... 2 months later I still have not received my vase. I contacted them and they said contact parcel force. I spoke to parcel force and they confirmed the parcel has been sent to the wrong address. Parcel force advised decorfaure to go and speak to the china local post office and sort this out since it was there mistake.
When I contacted decorfaure they refused to do anything about it. They have taken my money but not delivered the goods.

I have contacted trading standards as this is just appalling customer service. I am now waiting for trading standards to help me get my item.

Do not order from this company, they have poor quality goods and extremely unprofessional and unhelpful customer service team (think there is only one member). They will take your money but not deliver your items. I have read some of the reviews below about missing items and poor customer service and I can now truly understand why customers left those 1 star reviews.

The handles are good quality but it sounds like chaos at the HQ. I returned some unwanted handles - 2 weeks later not heard anything. They denied having received them. I had to dig out proof of postage which showed they had been signed for. Then they admitted they had moved warehouse and their boss was getting married and everything was a mess. They did refund me but the owness was on me to prove it. I also got them to refund my postage.

Very good service, cupboard handles were exactly as described and arrived in 2 days. Good price. No complaints.

Beautiful handles but the screws supplied are not long enough, so I’ve had to find some longer ones to be able to complete the kitchen. I asked the company for some longer ones and they told me what they supply is standard size. Cupboard doors need to be really thin to be able to use these screws, my doors are normal thickness.

Goods did not arrive, emails were unanswered. So I phoned and they said some shipments had been lost by Royal Mail, and they were waiting to see which orders were affected. I was by promised my order would be sent out the next day and a new email would contain a new tracking number but this didn’t happen and I wrote a rotten one star review. The goods arrived several days later and I am pleased with the quality and the price so I have updated the review. If I could offer this company any advice it would be to be more proactive in communicating with customers, with more updates.
