I received the product in good time but…
I received the product in good time but when I opened the box it was broken. I know things can brake in transit but I mailed with pictures about it and I got a reply back saying could I send photos to basically prove it. I sent them again but iv heard nothing back yet. I just want my broken product replaced. If the piece wasn't broken when I received it I would be giving 5 stars because it looks like a great product.

Great customer service!
Bought some excellent handles at a good price for my kitchen update. Had a small fixing problem my end, not caused by the product, but Fathi in their customer service was quick in sorting this out for me and sent out additional fixings straight away at no cost! I could not have asked for better service which went well beyond what one would expect. Would happily deal with again and can recommend.
