We bought a dehumidifier for a large room. What did we get? A dehumidifier for a small cupboard or bathroom. No invoice and no return label. Without these, you can’t return it. We emailed them repeatedly… but got no reply. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY – IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. 140 euros down the drain.

It was quick and easy. But it would be helpful to have some information about compatibility with computer products. eg I know almost nothing, so it would have been helpful to have it stated that the 2 terabyte drive was compatible with Mac, etc.

I ordered a SSD that the website states works w/ gaming systems. It does not work w/ PS4 Pro, even though the size of the SSD meets Playstations criteria. I have emailed twice (1 week apart from each other), asking to return the item that is of no use to me. A week after 2nd email I still have not received a reply.

I ordered two power rangers suits for my son’s 6 th birthday party. They arrived on time however sent suits in adults sizes . Unfortunately did not have in time for party due to this. When I tried to get the suits swapped for him they tried to make me pay an extra $75 AU and $30 AU shipping as the product was not on sale anymore . The never got my order as ordered . Extremely disappointing. I’m trying to attach photo of products I received so people can see the size!

I purchased some portable scan disks from them. I received the cases of this products. there is nothing inside. asked for a return and refund, nothing happened for the last two moths. Please don't buy anything from them.

This is the first time I purchased electronic hard drive online. I didn’t order two (even I need more than one unit) because I want to try it out first and I received excellent services, well designed web interfaces. Easy to order - good price

The product is not as described in the advert listing. Is not high-speed, super-fast or lightning-fast as described. Feels too light and cheaply, poorly made. Does not feel or look like quality components. Did not work properly in the high speed USB 3.2 port on my motherboard. Would only gets speeds of upto 20 mb/s although this dropped to around 8 mb/s with some file transfer. To put into perspective I went back to using a 20 year old 3.5 inch hdd using usb 3.0 and this was achieving speeds of upto 90 mb/s. Equally the Item was delivered in a phone flash drive box which doesnt match the listing. Customer service tried to fob me off with partial refund, store credit, would not provide return postage label despite the website saying in Frequently Asked Questions that return shipping is free in the case of defective items. The resolution manager said I would have to pay upto €50 return postage costs and not honour their own website information. No UK return address. Company based in Holland according to Google. I've had to open a dispute through PayPal in order to try get my money back. Or failing that a debit card charge back. Not worth the hassle in my humble opinion. Scam company steer clear.

It has been 12 days since I have been emailing Decors Deluxe that the product I ordered (16TB SSD), which arrived on May 29, is NOT USABLE at all. The company NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILS. Please do not waste your money and energy for this company.

If you read reviews of this company, the FIVE-Stars are all about the easy and fast ordering. However, the real pain comes later — when the product arrives, particularly if it’s electronic, the scam is revealed: price may be good, but product is unusable! CRAP, non- functional, fraudulent, not what it is presented. The company puts in its website that you can claim refund, but this is not true. They do not reply to emails.

Easy to navigate and find product required. Would have liked more detailed information at the product info section, eg compatibility with type of tablet, phone or laptop. Eventually searched elsewhere for this information.

the price and storage capacity was good and as i have been victim of possible ransomware and all m i thought thay data stolen and encripted i thought that this opportunity could be a solution to have a copy of my data away from the computers i work with.
but i haven't received my order yet.
