Terrible Customer Service

I've ordered a product and they have sent me the wrong thing. I've been trying to return it and get a refund for the last month and I'm being sent round in circles by Mevilyn, Carlo and Jean in customer services. It's been truly appalling.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This business is a scam

This business is a scam. No trust at all. it sells defective products but does not return your money. I was cheated. There is no hope to get my money back. I wrote this review and do not want this business to cheat people again.

The price was good and the response…

The price was good and the response quick. The only problem is that they send too many emails saying the same thing. Maybe a few, but 9 so far and purchase hasn't been dispatched yet. Over keen maybe, but if I like what I get then don't worry, I'll be back for more.

Received a used disk and no reply from company

I ordered a 128TB SSD external hard drive and received an unsealed packet with a disk that would not 'mount'. On opening Disk Utility I discovered that this was a used disk and that 50% of the utility still had data on it which explains why it would not 'mount'. I hoped that this was an error and that it would be easy to initiate a return; however, having contacted the company to explain that I had been mis-sold a used item, I never received any acknowledgment or response. Sadly I worry I have been 'scammed' and have challenged the transaction through my bank.
