This business is a scam. No trust at all. it sells defective products but does not return your money. I was cheated. There is no hope to get my money back. I wrote this review and do not want this business to cheat people again.

Happy 1 ran into this website searching for a potable hard drive. Cant believe the price on a SSD drive.

Item ordered arrived used with data on the memory. Item would not reformat. Wanted to return but no response from website contact details and not all emails work.

Easy to navigate

The price was good and the response quick. The only problem is that they send too many emails saying the same thing. Maybe a few, but 9 so far and purchase hasn't been dispatched yet. Over keen maybe, but if I like what I get then don't worry, I'll be back for more.

I ordered a 128TB SSD external hard drive and received an unsealed packet with a disk that would not 'mount'. On opening Disk Utility I discovered that this was a used disk and that 50% of the utility still had data on it which explains why it would not 'mount'. I hoped that this was an error and that it would be easy to initiate a return; however, having contacted the company to explain that I had been mis-sold a used item, I never received any acknowledgment or response. Sadly I worry I have been 'scammed' and have challenged the transaction through my bank.

Very poor customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them for 1.5 month and still haven’t got a reply on product return.

Delivery was also very long but I didn’t receive an estimated time as it was unclear product comes from China.

They do not ever respond to any contact and never reply to customer care. They are impossible to get hold of and delivery failed. Never got the item or my refund. Absolutely do not buy from them! Waste of money and time.

Bought a pair of "Leather Boots" and when it came - it was PU, took a month to ship to South Africa and literally such poor, cheap quality. For the price tag, it was over priced and I could've sourced a genuine leather boot in South Africa for a fraction of the cost and it would've been delivered faster too. I will NOT recommend purchasing from this place at all. I didn't do a return because it just seems like it will be a hassle altogether considering they still haven't responded to an email I sent 2 weeks ago.

I bought to small storage devices from this company on 1st April 2026, which do no do what this company promoted on their website.

Also, a USB connection broke the first time i tried to use one of them.

I contacted them on the 18th April 2026 because it took awhile for them to be delivered, well within their own 30 day 'Return and Refund Policy' asking to return their products and get a refund based on their words of - 'have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without providing any reason.'

Apart from their advertising being potentially misleading and deceptive, they did not honour their words of their Return and Refund Policy.

They have kept asking for short videos of the issues which have been provided, in fact 4-5 short videos.

Now they are totally gaslighting me and i have 2 products bought from this company that do not do what they were advertised, despite frequent communication with them.

Make up your own mind but based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted !!

Right product at the right price .

I ordered a robotic puppy as a gift for a 3 year old. The item arrived after the birthday and it looked nothing like the ad. It was poorly made and just showed up in the bag it was shipped in.
The refund policy states refund & return is easy ..WRONG! I was encouraged to keep crappy product - get 10% refund or a 50% store credit!!
We went back & forth for two weeks before we came to a resolution which we probably would not have if I hadn't ordered through PayPal.
Their return policy is non-existent and it was clear from the first exchange they didn't want the item back & wanted to keep as much of my money as possible.
I will NEVER buy anything from this place and will report them to every consumer reporting agency I can find .

Hello, for what I was looking for was a great price with your company. I Looked at several different other but y'all where the best price and more TB. I will be using y'all in the future. Thanks for the good services y'all provide.

I disliked the lack of shipping time disclosure and no option for an express delivery. Hoping it arrives in 3 days like most local orders. I would pay extra for overnight shipping.
