We contacted Defender Pest Control when squirrels invaded our loft.
We could not have received a better service. When all the squirrels were removed, Defender also blocked the gaps in the roof to stop the problem from recurring. The cost was very reasonable and we were also very impressed with Tom’s professional and caring attitude. All appointments made were confirmed there and then, all the visits made on schedule, but most importantly we had the reassurance that Defender’s help would be available until the problem was fully solved.

Excellent service by Tom, who was knowledgeable professional from very first visit. After more than 12 months of unexplainable noises in extension roof, and despite 2 other companies investigating, on his first visit possible explanation given and acted upon. Finally result and disturbing upsetting problem now solved.

I had a concern about what I thought was an issue within my home and decided to call Tom in for his advice. He was very professional, on time and offered me some invaluable advice. To put my mind at ease he put insect traps around my home and I was relieved that after a week they were all empty. I would have no problem recommending Tom to friends and family.

Rang Tom a couple of weeks ago and he has been great, we had a rat problem in the kitchen and he setup the bait in the kitchen and areas of the garden, he showed me where they was getting in and how to go about resolving the problem, very professional and would highly recommend, he turns up when he says he is going to and keeps you informed, very happy 😊

Absolutely would recommend, went above and beyond all expectations, even did an extra visit to be sure at no extra charge, completed the job, were respectful, friendly and so easy to deal with, I would not hesitate to use again if needed.

We used Tom to protect our solar panels to stop pigeons from nesting underneath them. Tom was really quick to respond to our enquiry, kept us well informed and arrived on time. A fantastic service provided by Tom who completed a pest prevention survey and associated future proofing works consisting of installing covers to air bricks, filling gaps in mansonary mortar and other pest related tasks. A realiable and professional service was provided. I would highly recommend.

He thoroughly assessed the inside and outside of my property, found areas which needed treating, covered any openings, and used bait to solve internal issues.
