First rate service. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond. He’s done a couple of jobs for us and I completely recommend him. He’s an excellent communicator explaining everything really clearly, providing useful reports on actions undertaken and always messaging his ETA in advance of each appointment.

Excellent service from Tom. Came out promptly, correctly diagnosed the issue and provided options for resolution. Work was carried out quickly. Tom was really courteous and polite - wouldn't hesitate to use again ad great value for money.

Quick turnaround, came out more than less straight away. Quietly confident as to what the problem was. Solved the issue within 3 weeks. Found Tom to be completely thorough and covered all potential entry points. Solution that was put into place was really effective. Initially felt like an expensive lay out but after all the visits, poison placed, plus, time and attention it was worth that reassurance to eradicating the problem. Added confidence of repeat visits until problem solved certainly helps.

Prompt action taken to eradicate wasp nest

Tom gave a fast and hassle free service to remove a wasps nest for me.
Throughout he was excellent with his communication and provided an excellent customer experience.

Tom quickly and promptly responded to my online inquiry. He arranged a visit by Liam for the next day, to asses the job and provide a quote. Liam provided a competitive and good value quote while explaining what the job would entail. We then got the job booked in for the next week. At all times, Liam and Tom were both prompt and on time, as well as being approachable. We are very happy with the completed job and would highly recommend!

Tom was able to get to me at very short notice to remove a wasp nest that was under our decking.

He arrived on time, and well prepared. He was able to identify where the nest was quickly and efficiently. He proceeded to not only remove the nest and larvae, but also treat the area with an insecticidal spray to prevent future problems.

Pigeons decided to make their home under our solar panels resulting in constant mess around the house, nesting material, broken eggs and worst off all lots of droppings. We called Defender and they arrived quickly to check out the situation and give us a quote and a start date. They arrived promptly and carried out the work very professionally. This included clearing out all the mess under the panels before netting off all access points with high quality galvanised mesh, all gutters cleaned and flushed, the panels were also cleaned as was the surrounding paved area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem.

We had a problem with mice in our house. Tom and Liam were professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and solved our problem efficiently and effectively including sealing holes around the property where mice could enter and a follow up visit to ensure the mice had gone.

I had a rodent problem in my kitchen so searched net for pest control, Defender Pest Control come up as recommended, I contacted them spoke to Tom the owner, I explained problem and arranged a appointment, Tom did go into detail explaining exactly what they do on the 3 visits that are planned. My total experience with Defender Pest Control was conducted with great customer service and such a professional attitude, I would recommend them to anyone.
