A warm and welcoming atmosphere. All the staff I met were very friendly, listened to my questions and concerns and gave good advice. The treatment I had was very relaxed and unhurried and I walked out with fabulous looking skin.

Dr Benji and Suzi Noble are so talented, kind and charming. I would recommend to anyone.

We have been visiting the Define Clinic for 4 years now for skin treatments and aesthetics. We have never failed to have an incredible experience with the team. Not only are the procedures world class, but the delivery is just exemplary and we always walk away feeling extremely happy about our experience, even when slightly painful.

Our practitioner Suzi Nobel was wonderful with us and it was really nice to have Dr Benji come and say hello.

I was quite anxious walking in but everyone from the receptionists to Dr Arreni were so kind and inviting! I felt so at ease whilst talking to Arreni and she was very thorough with clearing any doubts I had and talking through each of the treatments available for me, making sure it was tailored to my needs. I visited Define (after i had a bad experience at another beauty clinic elsewhere) and the staff were fantastic! I have seen Teuta several times now and she is amazing. She takes her time, listens, and does what’s best for ME. I really appreciate the attention to detail, the friendly staff and the clean facilities. Highly recommend this discrete clinic in Beaconsfield Old Town. The service is amazing and all staff are very welcoming. They are all knowledgable and experts is their chosen specialisms. I always look forward to my appointment with them.

Dr Carter has been so incredibly supportive and really takes the time to listen. To feel heard when struggling with the menopause and life generally was something that I very much valued.

I have the great fortune to have Dr Louise Carter look after all my women’s healthcare needs. She has such an approachable, open and understanding demeanor, making it easy to discuss very delicate issues. Perhaps more importantly she is completely dedicated to assisting with any problems, big or small, and takes equal care with precautionary measures to reduce any anxiety I may have. I have been so impressed with her knowledge and skills and feel completely reassured under her care. I am so thankful.
