I've never received my package.
postal services never gave me a reciept to be able to get the package from postal services.
EDIT : I've been contacted by delanclip and they offered me to try another delivery or a refund. I won't be at home for a while so I asked for a refund.
It's a shame I won't get the product but at least the company is honest and can be trusted in case of a problem like mine.

outstanding customer service and quality
using my gmail to send this as its infinitely easier to log in that way
bought a delanclip as i was getting into dcs after playing IL-2 and using the mouse to look around was getting annoying (aswell as some kind of head tracking being required for most planes in dcs)
when placing my order i accidentally provided the wrong email adress
(spelled hoitmail instead of hotmail), custormer service got to me quick after i reached out and fixed the issue, even went above and beyond after that
gotten it almost 2 weeks ago now and wanted to see how i liked it before making a review
quality is outstanding despite the metal and wires of the clip itself looking sketchy at first sight (i am not used to the entire construction being visible like that on something that is legit)
the setup was easy, felt a little uneasy at first bending the metal between the attachment point and actual assembly to get everything properly alligned and when the velcro was freshly attached it felt like there was a lot of movement as the glue holding that was still setting but i havent had an issue with the process or any similar issues afterward at all, when attacking the clip to my headset it stays in place securely even with jerky head movement from me at times
i would definitely reccomend it to anyone i know getting into flightsims just like i got reccomended by friends
edit: i was a week off on the origional date of when it came in, it was a week later than i thought as i ordered it after the 20th

Glad I made the leap!
Decided to move from face tracking to IR tracking as I needed something that would work in low light.
Delanclip was suggested to me so I thought I'd try.
It is super easy to setup and way smoother than facetracking even in low light. Had a great time my first few flights on DCS World and I think it's going to be a game changer. The IR emiter is super lightweight and you forget it's on your headphones. The camera drivers download automatically and an OpenTrack profile is provided for you on the website.

On the other hand, our competitors' cameras are lighter and even more prone to falling off monitors. However, head tracking is designed for a stationary setup, so once everything is in place, it should stay secure.
Regarding the cable, it’s designed to be long enough for most common setups, aligning with standard lengths used in many electronic devices.

I had to pay custom duty. This is the last time I will ever buy something from an UK company. I will tell my friends and all people I know to not buy something from Delan.

If the UK were still in the EU, the taxes would be included in the product price, similar to how it is for UK customers.
