The CEO helped me through some troubleshooting.
The CEO helped me through some trouble shooting of an old delanclip that must have got damaged when I moved house. Nonetheless his responses and instructions were helpful, clear and fast even though it was a Sunday and went on late into the evening. I ended up buying a new camera to replace my damaged one. The setup and installation was easier than the previous model (basically plug and play). 10/10. Would reccomend.

Ok so, i pay a lot of DCS and Flight Simulator. I used to pay without head tracking but then I tried to use my camera to check how face tracking works. So I was excited that I was able to move my camera in the game just by using my head. But this worked, let's say-somehow. Face tracking is not very accurate and lacks stability. Then I discovered IR Tracker-Delanclip-man oooo man, this is a complete next level of accuracy and precision. I did not realise how good it can be. After checking face tracking-i can tell surely- IR tracking is the way to go. It's fast, precise and has no lag at all. Delanclip Team-thanks for such a great device for an affordable price! PS. I purchased a Delanclip Fusion Pro kit!
