Easy to install

There was nothing I didn't like about the Delanclip. The tracking works great and I love being able to intuitively look around without touching any buttons. Couldn't be happier.

Incredible customer service and the tracker works just as it should across both flying and racing simulators, super impressed with the battery duration of the head tracker, the only slight niggle i had was the adisive pads didnt hold great so i had to replace those with some bigger pads but otherwise a great purchase, I already have and will continue to recommend Delanclip to everyone.

This product is great and works flawlessly... But moreover, this company is thrustworthy!

I had a really stupid misshap with my Delanclip (more of my handling the product I must say). I explained my situation where the misshap could occur in an email to Delan Engineering... Within a couple days of writing to them, Tomasz not only responded, found a simple solution for my situation (which he was not obliged to do)... But for a genuine client the solution was fair!
So rare these days!

When I look for a technology solution I seek a provider who cares as much about their customer's satisfaction as they do about their technological solution. I am extremely pleased with Delan Engineering's Delanclip Fusion Pro and its leadership. Extremely pleased!

The product has been designed with great care and attention to fit, form, and function such that the components are absolutely ideal and, if I may say so, perfectly suited for the intended purpose. The Delanclip Fusion Pro is very well designed, meticulously engineered, and crafted from source items and materials that exude intensive forethought and consideration. The Delanclip itself is handcrafted to exacting standards, its enclosure fitment is seamless and tight, the charging cable uses a magnetic LED-illuminated quick-connect connector with a braided cable, and the head strap feels and works like no other I have tried.

Delan Engineeering supports its Delanclip and Delanclip Fusion Pro with pre-developed OpenTrack Profiles which work perfectly and required no adjustment.

And Tomasz (CEO) could not be more attentive and responsive in responding to a couple questions that I sent to him by email. I do believe, when it comes to his customers, that his workday is nearly 24 hours long. Amazing customer service and support. And he processed my order immediately upon receipt and I received it three days later via UPS.

The Delan Engineering website offers extensive text and video education and training which made the journey between ordering and using my Delanclip Fusion Pro really and truly very enjoyable.

Before ordering, getting up, and using my Delanclip Fusion pro I had spent nearly a year of time and effort trying to get OpenTrack to work as a face-tracking and then a head-tracking front-end to my M1 MacBook Pro-based X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 12 flight simulation environment. I gave up each and every time. No joy. The results were jittery, erratic, floated after I stopped moving, and worse.

30 minutes to become oriented with my Delanclip Fusion Pro, charge its battery, turn it on and start Open Track with the Delan Engineering-provided OpenTrack Profile and I was good to go. Literally started flying as if I was there. And I'm a certificated Private Pilot in single-engine GA aircraft. This looks and feels real.

This complete Delanclip Fusion Pro "point tracking" solution works seamlessly, is rock solid to my movement and stops when I do, and produces such smooth movement that I was giggling out loud with joy for days.

Tomasz has collaborated with an equally impressive and talented software developer, Matatata, to create a Mac-compatible version of OpenTrack that I use with my Delanclip Fusion pro. Matatata offers open source "MacOpentrack" together with a utility, "DelanCamUtil", that he developed which sets the optimal settings within the DelanCam camera so that we don't need to be concerned with them.

Delan Engineering's Delancam Fusion Pro together with these two free (donation recommended by me) Matatata solutions are THE solution I always wanted.

And now I have it and fly with it in X-Plane on my Mac every day.

When I received my order update email I realised I accidentally ordered just the camera and not the tracker. Got in touch. Was helped pretty quickly by Tom the CEO. Was able to quickly pay the difference and upgrade to what I actually needed. It was sent out quickly and has been a game changer in ETS2 and ATS. Super Happy. 5 Stars.

Pretty fast delivery to Germany. I bought a DelanCam1 and all fees including taxes are about 100 euro in total.

I recently bought the Delanclip Gamer Pro.
What can I say that hasn't already been said...
The device by itself is very robust, precise and easy to use. Very straight forward.
The camera too is so light and small, perfectly focused and pure plug and play.
But this is not the best...
The best comes when you deal with support and Tomasz!
In any situation (from MY oversight during order to the configuration suggestions) you will receive a full, precise and quick support, making your experience, learning and setup period a very good experience, with absolutely no frustration because lack of info, without having to dig into the web looking for answers!
Conclusion: thank you Delan Engineering (and Tomasz) for your product, kindness and professionalism.
To the readers: if you are looking for a very immersive experience, don't look further: stop and take a Delanclip!

I recently purchased the DelanClip Fusion Pro and was initially impressed by the product. Although I faced a minor issue with the IR lights, the support team handled the situation exceptionally well. They quickly initiated the warranty process, provided a return label, and even offered a brand-new replacement! Their communication was fast, professional, and very accommodating.
