A special thank you to Jacqui White from sales whose communication was fantastic throughout.
Stress level we’re high towards the end of the sale but Jacqui was very reassuring and kept us in the loop at all times.
We have now moved in to our new house and a very excited for our first Christmas.

What a great place to sell your property, Jackie was brilliant and ensured everything I wanted was in hand for the buyer, the sale of our house was very smoothly dealt with , and the staff at Delaneys we’re very helpful, a brilliant company.

Recently rented a property through Delaneys and can’t recommend Michelle enough. She was absolutely brilliant I had an awful experience with the reference agency (let alliance) but Michelle helped me through the whole process and was very supportive keeping me updated and contacting the reference company to help push my application through. Michelle made sure that application went through and we was able to move in thanks for all your help Michelle!!

Having had regular contact with both Michelle and Jo for the duration of a 4 year tenancy, I can safely say it has been the best tenant-agent relationship I have ever had.
Any issues were always communicated promptly and I was kept regularly updated with any progress.

I always found both Jo and Michelle to be extremely approachable and any issues I had myself were handled delicately and professionally, they both went above and beyond to help me with some issues I had encountered, and I am genuinely sad to have left their services. Flexible and supportive service from Delaney's in getting the property on the market. Marketing, viewing etc all very well managed and an offer was quickly received. The actual completion of the sale was when the team really came into their own and I genuinely believe that without the help and support of Jacqui we would not have got this over the line. Helping ourselves, the buyer and mortgage adviser maintain our sanity in the face of the most incompetent legal service that it's possible to imagine was crucial. Brilliant work.
